Everything was as I expected.

The locate of the hotel is unbeatable. It is less than 5 minutes walk from Mong Kok Metro Station. It is right in the center of shops and restaurants. It is Hong Kong, so I expect the facility to be small, which it is. The room has a bed and a toilet/wet room. Very typical of a set up in the Far East. What I did not was the exceptional customer service at the facility. I was supposed to fly to Hong Kong from Xi'an. The Cathay Pacific flight was scheduled from 03:50pm - 07:05pm, plenty of time to get to the hotel from the airport. Or so I thought. The flight was delayed for four hours. I did not get to Hong Kong airport until past mid-night. During the entire time, Ken from the hotel was in constant communication with me, providing help with information on transportation in the late evening to early in the morning. I decided to stay at the airport as I was tired and did not want to spend another hour on the metro. I got to the hotel 7:00am the next morning. Ken, and later the staff (I just couldn't remember her name), were very friendly and went out of their way to help with just about anything. Thank you for being such top-notch host.

Deferred maintenance on walls and bathroom. Very tight space. Not much room for luggage. Bathroom is very tight.

Small room leaves no room for anything else. Just shower and sleep, it will be enough.

Only suitable for solo traveller, even for double/twin room. As there isn’t much space to open luggage for packing.

Great location, very near to bus stop for A21 (to airport). And of course it’s smack in the middle of Mongkok. Staff were all very polite and helpful, from front desk to cleaning staff. Relatively affordable.

staff forgotten to give us the so call (cleaning card) ? and cleaner proceed to enter the room to do cleaning without telling first. Do always lock your luggage for safety purpose.

High level, not noisy. bed is comfortable, heater is hot enough. Easy to travel from airport.

Its location is very accessible to public transpo. Their check-in and check-out process are also very easy and fast. They are all very friendly and helpful.

The space is very small, but we were able to adjust ourselves.

The host was very kind and accomodating. The basic needs you have in a hotel is met. The place is clean, hot water is available, hair dryer, etc. The location is the most convenient.

The size of the room was a bit nit what I expected but they have space below the bed to store luggages

It was in a very convenient location. The bed was big and the place was well kept. The staff are very helpful and can communicate well in English

Just hard mattress,but it's my problem.

The receptionists are very very kindly and really helpful.Position is great, they're using bleach for cleaning so NO PROBLEM WITH SOME BACTERIUM AT ALL....thanks appreciate any efforts.

You get what you pay for on a budget! The bathroom is very small with the shower hanging over the toilet, works fine and fine for budget travel or 1/2 nights stay

Good location for the centre of Hong Kong, near a train station to get around

Pretty sure there were bed bugs in my room the first night. The staff were understanding and helped me change rooms but it wasn't ideal. My first room also didnt have a window that received any natural light.

Great location, easy to get to with public transport and near all the great spots. staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not clean, dirty, the air conditioner sounded like a chainsaw. The room smelled sometimes like cigarette smoke and feces. Pretty depressing, to be honest.

The room was small, but we knew that when we booked. When you take a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet.

Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee. Definitely recommended. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟
