The hotel staff responds to communication promptly and kindly. The hotel is also very clean and neat! Definitely great value for the price.

I was just not getting help with my luggage after a long trip. I mentioned I had been traveling for 15 hours, but no help was offered. All rooms are 2 stairs away. I had 2 big bags: a heavy backpack and a heavy carry-on, so making 3 trips upstairs doesn't count as good service.

Room was clean bed was clean and bathroom. Access with big luggage is not grate to come up the stairs and no help offered.

The window curtains were not black out and they were dirty and old. Where I left my car is an open place not a garage with no roof good thing nothing happened and I have an alarm also some of pillows are old.

It was very quiet and peaceful the location.

It is away from most things which can be both good and bad. The good is your away from any trouble spots. The bad is that you have to drive just a little bit to get to the location to be away from those trouble spots. It is a Honduran problem which we pretty much have to live with, but the staff made me feel safe and comfortable and I really did appreciate that.

I didn't like anything there very boring. The room smells horrible, the light in the room is dim, the bathroom looks a bit dirty, the bed sheets smell like it didn't been washed for days. The floor feels very sticky. Stay away from room 101 which feels very filthy. The lobby sofa is filthy it seems it has not been cleaned since the day they opened that hotel. The picture in the booking is an old picture that was taken many years ago like new but it does not look like that now.

The room smelled of humidity, the bathroom had a terrible smell, the shower door had mildew, the blanket had a weird smell, thank god we only spent 10 hours there and 8 of them we where asleep.

No window so no view as advertised. Hotel photos are not representative for the room we got. In an emergency situations the illogical staircase maze can turn into a deathtrap. No escape route plan nor indications are present. I suppose the general state of the hotel and room is becoming the standard in this price range but there are still far better options out there. The old cockroach in the bathroom was not my greatest disappointment but did not contribute to the general experience.

Strategic location in the north-east of town. The hotel has ample parking and a guard on the spot. Quick check-in. Simple but sufficiënt breakfast.

A/c in our room was not working, shower door jamming . terrible location on a wide road with Building and neighboring properties all fenced off in ; neighboring roads shut with wooden barriera. Área did not feel safe. ,nowhere to Walk to. Checkbin Took almost 30 minutes b/ c CC Post was not working; we were urged to get cash by recepción. Hotel and especiales breakfast room are in need of Renovation . Pictures on booking.com are deceiving.

We didn't stay here. We made a reservation and it was confirmed and the day of they cancelled saying they had no rooms. I feel like when a reservation is confirmed you reserve a room and hold it for the guest but I guess they do it differently here.

Unfriendly staff, water was not running and could not be fixed, very loud and old AC that could not be adjusted with the remote, when asked for a discount or another room for the inconvenience, this was rejected. Staff in general were very unfriendly / uninterested. Not worth the money!

In the morning, They didnt open the dining room on time and we had a flight so we missed breakfast.. The staff doesnt speak english at all. Very inconvenient.
