Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDaughter room air conditioner wall wet floor wet from ceiling to floor wall damage from the water from air conditioner smell of wet concrete/ Sheetrock kept towel on floor to keep from spreading water. no gas bought food couldn’t use stove did not have gas for stove until Thursday. 5 days after arrived. Complaint no one even showed up to check. Waiters ask how was our stay showed him pics he said he would tell management not his job but he at least ask I told him I did already but nothing happen even when we left they are not concern. Water off first Sunday night couldn’t take shower until pass 10pm after they turn it on but they are having party/fiesta ????. Ground nice management/maintenance not at all. Beach horrible not clean.

NetherlandsUnfortunately I can’t recommend this place. First of all they didn’t respond to my messages upon arrival. When I arrived people of the restaurant had to call someone to check me in. I had to wait for half an hour. When I got to the extreme basic room the internet didn’t work and I addressed it but they never fixed it. In the morning I went to the reception to ask for a late checkout but nobody was there. They start at 11 😂 Finally the room was on 16 degrees without a remote to turn it off. There were 3 beds 🙈 felt like a hostel. And there is no hot water. Finally I discussed the issue with the receptionist, but she really didn’t care much. Not one apology. Though the community is quite nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

United StatesThe service was more than poor. Our son may have swallowed a tiny sliver of glass from a glass in the villa, as he had a thin shard on his lip after drinking water and there was another piece broken off, but nothing was done after I reported it. We we're told We were told there would be american breakfasts but didn't get it until our third morning. We weren't supplied with enough towels or waters daily, although we were told we would be provided fresh daily. We waited to be served for breakfast with no luck until we found someone to take our order. The food took over an hour to be made daily & there was a shortage of mostly everything. The tourists from the cruise ships received better service than we did. The locals received better service than we did as well. We are extremely disappointed in the service we received throughout our entire stay. We will not return to stay again. The villa needed a lot of reparations as it is poorly maintained. Much improvement is necessary for this establishment to be a nice place to stay.
The view was beautiful & the villa was very comfortable for the size of our group.

United StatesThe check in process was horrific. There wasn’t anyone there to check us out at 10:30 am. No shuttle provided to the airport as advertised. There was no shower head in the shower. The lock on the door needed a physical key and was so rusted it would get stuck.

United StatesI was there in the off season so there was a bit of construction happening and the beach had a few plants washed up on it from the ocean but other than that everything was great
The property was very nice as was the room. Staff was all super friendly and helpful even when I showed up 1 hour before my scheduled check in time. The food was very good and I got 50% off from the restaurante I believe because I was staying at the hotel. There weren’t many tourists staying there so a bunch of locals came by in the evening and had a nice party with music and dancing and were all super friendly when I was sitting alone at the bar.great access to the airport!
