The location is somewhat obscure, and the sign on the building wasn’t illuminated. If I hadn’t stopped to ask the security guard for directions—when I was actually standing right in front of it—I would have just continued searching.

Overall, the facility was very clean, and it was clear that the staff take great care in maintaining its cleanliness.

The location. I would not stay here again due to the location. There are other hotels which are within walking distance to shopping places and restaurants. At this hotel, you will need to uber everywhere. Also, if you choose to do laundry at the hotel, MAKE SURE you get the total first. I ended up paying $38 for about 10 pieces of clothes.

Due to the rainy weather the room and bed felt a little clammy. Not a big thing.

Breakfast was wonderful!! Rather than have a full catracho breakfast I asked for baleadas con huevos. Superb!! The coffee was excellent too! Loved waking up to the sounds of the little parrots flying in the colonia.

It was a nice little place. Slightly further off the main drag which was only an issue for me driving but aside from that no issues!

Great value. I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Tegus but this place was much nicer. The location is slightly less centralized but still close to everything. For half the price the quality was definitely double!

i did not like the receptionist, she was unpleasant , she did not greet us, and when we ask if she had any available rooms, she said no. i booked online while in the hotel and there was more than one room available. she came up with a story. she did not gave us any information about the hotel or were our room was. nothing at all, she was terrible, i dont know if she was having a bad day or maybe she did not like us.

breakfast was really good, wait staff was nice place was very clean and the location was in a safe neighborhood the security guard was very nice, he took us to our room, he was very polite. he told us about the hotel and answer every question we had.

Found it a bit expensive for the area.

Breakfast was great, room was spacious and immaculately clean. Amenities were as advertised- wifi was reliable, laundry service available, and restaurant very good.

The restaurant service is lacklustre because there seems to not be enough staff to attend to all the guests quickly. The bar at the hotel closes too early and doesn't have many choices to choose from, sometimes the most basic local spirits or beers.

Superb location if you're driving your own car, quiet neighbourhood that allows for a relaxing stay. The staff are welcoming and eager to help, and the breakfast options are generous.

the staff were indifferent. Not rude, but not friendly. It' might be because I am from the United States, and I was with my Honduran wife and our child. That's the impression I got. The building itself was okay. Nothing disgusting was noticed, but it wasn't air conditioned. . Didn't seem clean.

Room looked clean but bed was full of hairs. So that made it uncomfortable to sleep it was 10 pm so no one to say anything too.

That you are not allowed to make any changes to your booking is unacceptable. About 15 minutes after booking a 3 night stay, our plans changed and only needed to stay 2 nights. We had to pay for three nights instead of two. I reached out to hotel through booking.com. The hotel never responded. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us they had booked two private parties, one for each night of our stay. With this being a quaint hotel there was no escaping the parties. They were directly under our room in the courtyard. It would have been nice for the hotel knowing the two parties were already booked and were going to be quite loud, to give us the option to cancel our reservation. Unfortunately, we had to grin and bear it. We asked to speak to the manager and were denied.

Very little. The complimentary breakfast and the server were nice.

The excessive noise from the party upstairs, the staff cleaning up after the party and the loud guests screaming in the hallways and stair up to 3-4 AM!! it was so loud it felt like the party was in our room. We rented the room with the sole purpose to rest after a 12 hour flight and it was nearly impossible to get any sleep! Also there is nobody at the front desk at night and the guard is the one that does the “check in”; which I may say is a lousy process with no explanation and he had a very impatient, moody and careless attitude. He did not provide any solutions about the lack of parking space due to the party and said I should park in the back and if the person in front had to leave early, I would need to move my car. This is honestly, the worst hotel experience I ever had and I have had some bad experiences in the past, but this one tops them all! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper night sleep. This would probably be a place for people who want to sleep during the day and even then I doubt it with all the noise coming from the kitchen and dining area that is right below the rooms. :(

They advertised foam mattress, but it a foam mattress topper and beds were uncomfortable. Lack of kitchen equipment, shower water went from to cold and back again.

Personnel, food, courtesy, gym and security are very good Facilites and cleaning need improvement. Not bad at the end. Personnel is outanding Need to have a tv in rhe gym and turm the lighs on
