HondurasThe problem I had was at the time I booked. It was a double bedroom and it came up being a room for disabled people. It was awful, creepy. Pleasantly enough the customer service agent at the hotel was very kind enough to change the room but told us every time someone books with them through booking. People end up with tis type of rooms that are horrendous so be careful with this detail. It was the first time something like this has happened to me with booking.
Location is great. Comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast and very nice pool.

HondurasFridge in room didn't work well, so we couldn't keep our water cold and during our visit there was only one elevator available for the rooms since the other one was under maintenance so we had to wait a bit each time entering - exiting.
Overall it was a great experience ! We stayed with my family and we really enjoyed our visit at Hyatt. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the view was very nice, the pool in fact is a bit narrow but when not crowded there's plenty space for everyone. Breakfast was excellent, security personnel at the hotel was very kind and attentive. Definitely worth the stay.

United KingdomThe photos of the pool area are a bit misleading as the pool and surrounding is very small and fills up very quickly. If the hotel is busy, there are very few outside areas to relax.
Clean modern rooms with free water, coffee machine, fridge, toiletries and a good maid service. Breakfast is an extensive buffet with lots of choice. Staff very warm, welcoming and attentive.

It would help if you improved the portion at dinner time. I travel a lot, and I have eaten in Michelin restaurants in South America, Peru such as Central and they give three times as much portion.
