The buildings is showing its age... bar was okay. When the hotel is full you will definitely have to wait for a drink. . .

Hands down the staff is friendly. The beach is clean and not so many vendors. The food was okay... wish there were different food variety specially for kids.... possibly different deserts!!!! The rooms are large... and comfortable The villa i stayed in had a washer and drier... and that really helped.

The pool was hot and small to accommodate many people. The pool area had dog and bird fecal as well as dirty in most areas. The drinks were limited in variety- only a few types of beers. The check in and check out were in different places. The wifi - although free was unavailable throughout the property- limited access in certain areas. Not enough beach towels. Park pass - bad idea to offer to people that are not staying at the property.

The villa was clean and spacious. The beach was in a good location. The food was plentiful.

a little secluded from the main city so you do have to walk down the beach a bit or go by car if you do want to look around but other then that great

The room was super old and smelled weird. They call it Delux, but it was not delux even remotely. The shower didn't even have a shelf where you could place your toiletries. We asked to change the room, and they had only cabins available for an extra $488. As per Booking.com, we were eligible for the update. Of course, it didn't happen. Basically, our room was an extension of someone's suite, divided with a door. Breakfast was also very poor. 3 types of beans. How much beans can you eat from breakfast at 8 am? Not even butter. In order to get your food, you have to wait until someone will place it on your plate. You are not allowed to do it yourself. Dinners were decent, but we cared more for breakfast since in the evenings, you want to be out. It's not worth the money!

Their towel system is ridiculous make sure to understand their instructions clearly from the beginning. no hand towels ask for them and didn’t receive them. very stingy in toiletries. staff is not well trained you ask for a coffee they won’t bring a spoon, if they serve a snack they don’t give you a fork, if you don’t ask for it or they would come back later when your food is cold, there is a lot of people micromanaging the waiters but not actually helping them, they are overworked. the bartender was also waiter and I saw him also cleaning the pool area, this don’t allowed them to master a skill they just work mechanically.

Comfortable beds, just right in front of the beach and you can go snorkeling through third party. Pool is nice but needs maintenance. food was ok but they have some memorable items like the semitas. wifi is only in common areas so booking.com needs their info updated because is misleading and is bad keeps kicking you out or slow.

Sometimes you couldn’t find a table to have lunch/dinner. It was a little packed all over.

Nice beach, good size pool, although it could be bigger. The food is excellent.

The restaurant staff. Only one girl was attentive and would bring us drinks when she was working in the restaurant. Everyone else didn’t even look at us. We had to constantly get up to ask for drinks and napkins. Very bad service.

The location was perfect. Nice atmosphere. Loved the pool and beach.
