Staff can do a better job at cleaning the bathroom.. smell from the sink, nowhere to hang a towel or wet clothes

Unbeatable location. WiFi is fast (80 Mbps) for remote work, though there is no good desk setup (the bar is kind of a standing desk). Shower is hot and consistent. AC works but could be a little stronger. Some rooms have ocean view

I had to text for extra toilet paper. One roll doesn’t last 8 days. Ceiling fans inside didn’t work & Futon is old. Patio sliding door didn’t close properly to lock

Brought groceries and fixed lunch and / or dinner in the full-size kitchen apartment. Enjoyed a hammock on the terrace and great air-conditioning. It's across the street from the beach on a the main road through and around Half Moon Bay. Nice esthetics

The pillows were too weak. Bar next door had loud music past midnight but they turn it down if you ask them

A cleaning is $25. It would have been nice one day during our stay to have a touch up. That's it though.

We spent a week here. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the AC was great and the kitchen was really nice. Excellent location!

The bed sheets are dark…you would expect white sheets to ensure they’re clean!! The worker didn’t speak English and it was very difficult to communicate. The TV was not working properly. Had to ask for soap to be brought into room.

Great location just across the road from the beach. The garden is like a mini jungle so you have both beach and tropics.

They charge you to clean the room and the wifi is some of the worst wifi I've ever had. i could not stream netflix or take work calls on the wifi. Not sure if that's a roatan thing or a hotel thing.

the rooms are clean, everyone that works there is nice. the hotel is in the best location, right across the beach and central to everything. one day they even had someone opening coconuts for us to drink. I would definitely stay again.

The key to the room worked horribly. The tv entertainment is no longer cable, as they’ve switched to streaming. I don’t have international streaming plans from the USA. There was a mouse in the room 5 out of 8 nights.

The location is the greatest & always felt safe at this property. The staff is helpful if needed.

No office or receptionist! We walked everywhere trying to find someone to check us in. Had to ask for towels, and my sisters door was impossible to unlock. Marvin was exceptional and always had a smile on his face!

Driver wasn't there to pick me up. Replacement dropped me off at a back entrance without directions to my room. Took 15 minutes of searching in mid day heat.

Great location and kitchen with everything you need to cook and make coffee in the morning. Nice size bathroom. It was nice to have a whole little suite after several weeks of travelling. The balcony was excellent for drying my diving gear. Felt very safe and was nice and quiet.

The rooms are more like studio apartments than hotel rooms, which is great, but we didn't realise that until arrival. There are not many signs and for someone just arriving it's not entirely clear what is part of mame trees and what isn't - it would be good if a sign could tell newcomers where to go and how to "sign in" etc. But otherwise the rooms were excellent

Excellent rooms and furniture. Brilliant location right by bars and restaurants but quiet at night. Right next to great diving companies. Huge rooms with loads of space.

I was a bit bummed that they didn’t take care for payment but only cash as I wasn’t prepared and I had to look for a working atm in that side of the island. Also the water in my shower was tepid at best, it wasn’t too bad in 90 degree weather.

The hotel grounds are in a gorgeous garden, felt like waking up in a enchanted land. The hotel is a few steps from the beach and the west end boardwalk so its near everything you need! The reception was a bit hard to find but the owner of the hotel is very responsive on WhatsApp.

I wasn’t there much but the decor gives a dark feeling. curtains and linens are dark brown and makes the space feel closed in.

Location was perfect. Pretty much in the heart of West End.

This place could use just a little bit of love and some finishing touches - for a beach stay, could use some hooks or line outside to dry suits/towels/etc. A screen on the sliding door would be great to be able to leave that open at night without letting bugs in. Some nights the bar next door has its music going quite late, but other nights we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Some of the basics for the kitchen would be nice, like a dish brush or coffee filters.

Great location right on the main strip in the West End and across from the beach. You can't beat it! Nice to have a full kitchen if you are looking to save some money by cooking, and we also enjoyed having the little balcony. Very comfy bed and a really generously sized space. Wifi was strong and the AC worked great on the nights we used it, other nights we just left the screened window open and had the fans going.

The owner provided us with a fully furnished studio, which made our 10 day stay much better because we could do our own cooking. The studio was spacious and exactly as advertised. We were 100 ft from the Caribbean Sea.
