Perfectly located! Very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The room is kinda small, however, it's enough room for two.

The location of the Hotel is right across the street from the beach and within five minutes' walking distance of many great restaurants.

Seeing bongs and the like in the gift shop was a bit worrying, but never noticed anything outside of there. The general feel of security of the area at night is not exactly reassuring (and I am talking like 8:00PM, not exactly super late), but we didn't have any issues either. And of course, that is outside of the control of the hotel, as this is probably the most popular areas of the island for tourists/dive shops.

Breakfast fantastic. Ambiance, as well. Space in the rooms is very generous and spacious. TV stations fantastic. Common areas great for hanging out. The available water in the water cooler was a huge help. The staff was so helpful, they were helping before you could even think to ask for help. And they were very considerate of noise issues and the like. The furniture was almost all beautiful native woods, and the art work was great all around the hotel. The shirts in the gift shop were even really reasonable, especially the clearance ones!

Some of the staff seemed a little clueless sometimes. The reception was often closed and you had to track people down.

The only negative would be that you could hear what we assumed were workers walking back and forth above us every morning starting at 7:00am as we had a floor above the one bedroom apartment we were in.

The location was great across from the best beach in the West End. The daily breakfast was great. The complimentary drinking water was a wonderful surprise. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Any issues we had were promptly dealt with. I would definitely stay here again.

Right across the street from the beach, room is super clean and very big. Doenstairs resturant serves great coffee!

Nothing really. I didn’t really need to use the tv as there was so much around for entertainment.

Probably the best location for off shore snorkelling and between some very interesting bars. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Very robust coffee smell even in the upstairs room. A spray off Lysol or something before entering could help.

The long stair case up to the room. During the rainy season they are treacherous with out hand rails, as they are made of slippery tiles when wet.

I think Mr. Tucans properties are in the best location. Their amenities are the exceptional. Even when we weren't staying on their property they allowed us to park in their lot for a minimal fee.

The noise late at night, motorcycles and cars playing loud music.

Breakfast was good. Nearness to beach was good, beach chairs and umbrellas good. Excellent service.

The very steep staircase up to our floor.

Excellent breakfasts. Our huge room had a kitchen, awesome ocean view, lots of windows and screens for fresh air, great shower. Friendly, helpful staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Daily housekeeping. Security guard.

The only fault is that you can’t get to your room without running through the rain… Otherwise perfect!

It starts with friendly staff, immaculately, clean rooms, a lovely outdoor covered sitting area… Which becomes increasingly wonderful when it rains all day and all night! Included breakfast was also constantly high-quality and lovely staff.
