Our room rarely had hot water in the shower for more than a couple of minutes, it then went cold for the rest of the shower.

Our room was extremely small, adequate but small. The closet doors would not slide and to get into the safe ( a must) was a pain.

It had a clean, tropical, family oriented feel. The pool was unique in its shape and length and variable depths. Breakfasts were included and fabulous!

Pillows, sone facilities were old and the water in the bathroom smelled bad. I booked two separate reservations thinking rooms would be at least near by (per reservation) My room and my children’s were in completely different buildings and the same happened to my brother in law’s family (second reservation) Also the restaurant needs more staff and fly fans at each table

I didn't like the fact that they couldn't upgrade my stay to all inclusive even though I paid $2,119.00 for 8 days, but something came out and had to shorten my stay to 3 day 4 nights or something like that. Due to my reservation, I understand they couldn't give me a refund for the other days I was not going to be there. They got all my money and couldn't upgrade it to all-inclusive. I had no control over the emergency changes I had to make. The staff is very friendly, but definitely not coming back or recommend it. I felt taken advantage of by not upgrading it and just took the rest of the money.

Had to ask for hangers 3 times…when they finally brought them (the next day) we got 6 hangers! Ridiculous! Pool is small and was always full of kids. Pool bathrooms not very clean. Some front desk staff members seemed to struggle with simple requests… not sure if it was a language barrier or what. Not enough dresser type storage in the rooms and no desk. Since property is surrounded by sand, there should be foot showers in front of the entrances to each building/area so you don’t track sand everywhere.

Great location, good food, water coolers on each floor to fill water bottles, dive shop staff was fabulous, Mother’s Day breakfast was a nice touch. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was friendly.

Rooms were a bit smaller than what we expected. Website pictures make it look much bigger than they really are but still doable for a family of 4, we made it work.

Great location, bar is right next to the beach, huge pool, staff was super nice and attentive.

The rooms weren't the most modern and the faucet heads were a little dirty.

Breakfast was the best out of all the meals. The pool and the beach were 10 out of 10. The service from all the staff was also excellent. Very attentive, respectful, helpful, and friendly.

We were switched to.the oceanic tower rooms due to a problem with the Ac in the paradise room we had booked. The room was good, but balcony view was the back.of another building, overlooking gravel parking lot.

Grounds/landscaping were beautiful. Location was perfect, easy to access water taxis, snorkelingboff the beach, local.markets. bars and restaurants

We did not like the fact that we had to walk up so many stairs to our room. We weren't expecting that and if you book this hotel, I would recommend asking for a first floor room. The beds are also super hard.

We loved the location, the pool area, the restaurant and the beach area. The staff were awesome and helpful. The air conditioning was cold and the room was cleaned daily.

We didn't get very good service on the beach on the days that there were cruise ships. And our room did not have an ocean view as promised on Booking.com.

The location is fabulous!! Directly on West Bay Beach. Our room was clean and was serviced daily which doesn't happen much anymore. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and a little different every day.

The staff in the restaurant need to be more attentive

In general it was good although they didn’t put up the rain blinds in the restaurant which made it bad at the time due to the weather that day.

The a/c unit was a bit noisy at night but the resort was nice and quiet. The shower hot water was very brief, took me a few tries to get my hair washed

The included breakfast was wonderful, staff was excellent. The facility was beautiful and clean.

The weather, it rained 4 days out of 7 :(

Hotel is located in a very lush green tropical garden with nice size pools. Hotel has access to the beach and provides lounges and umbrellas for a relaxing visit on the beach! The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had the package with the breakfast and the breakfast was great every day!

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ARE OVERPRICED.

THE BEACH IST AWSOME, TUKISE WATER IN FRONT THE HOTEL, BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS VERY GOOD, VERY QUIET AND CONFORTABLE. THE RESTAURANT IST VERY EXPENSIVE.
