The shower could work better (more powerful) and hot water is a bit spotty (takes a long time to come, if at all). The bed could be more firm. Lighting in the room is kind of dim, not good for reading (or computer work, if that's needed). The restaurant could have a better menu, (for those who don't want to walk to town for every meal.) The pool is kind of on the small side - not large enough for swimming.

The location is nice - 5 min short walk to the center of West End but not in the middle of all the activities. The property is charming with bungalows in a nice garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having an on-site dive shop is definitely another plus. I would recommend to independent travelers who wants a quite stay with basic amenities.

A lovely place that is locally owned and managed at a reasonable price with breakfast. Super close to shops and restaurants. The AC in our room worked better than other places we've stayed in Roatan.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and interrupted. The dive shop should offer more snorkeling trips. Breakfast should have more flexibility. Menu items not on special took too long to make.

Mariela and her staff couldn’t do enough if asked. Her suggestions for side trips were good. Didn’t miss the sloths!

I don’t think this is anyone’s fault, but the cleaning supplies smell is VERY strong. I could not breath in my room, had to leave the door open to air out multiple times.

Convenient location. Easy walk into town. Breakfast is provided, which is nice! The property is very beautiful. The pool and hammocks are great to relax in.

The location was great! Set 5 minutes away from the Main Street in West End. The pool was really nice and the hammocks.

They arranged a private airport shuttle for me with ease. The van was clean, and the driver was cautious and kind.

We loved the beautiful, chill, spacious property - featuring hotel, cabanas, outdoor covered dining (breakfasts/lunches) and pool area and snorkeling off the shore. We are divers and the smart, professional and attentive dive master and crew took us to great new locations everyday. Short walk into town gave us quiet place with ez access to all best restaurants in Roatan. Folks in charge of this hotel organized pick up from ferry and to airport- all staff we met are kind professional and lovely. While this was our first time - we met so many folks who stay here annually - and it’s easy to see why. We will be back. Wowza!!

A little bit older, not quite so modern - but very charming and all needs were adequately met.

Quiet and felt remote, although a 5-minute walk got us to the busier areas. Gorgeous green, lush surroundings that are well-tended-to yet maintain that wild nature feeling. Beautiful ocean view from the pool deck area. Everything clean and well maintained

The breakfast was mediocre. And the access to the water is not via a beach, so we just headed out to Half Moon Bay instead.

Water pressure and time to have hot water reach the tap. Otherwise we really had no complaints about anything.

No bar at the pool, but you can bring your own drinks.

We had a nice stay at this relaxing property in a great area. It's far enough from the main drag to be quiet and peaceful (with great sunset views from the pool), but close enough to easily walk to all the action. Flowers and plants on the property are lovely, as is the pool. Seemed like a good value, too. Property is a bit aged, but was clean and comfortable.
