We arrived for a week stay so we had 2 large suitcases and carry-on. There were no elevators, so we had to take up three flights off stairs. When we arrived in the room it was clean but the TV didn't work (they replaced it a day later but didn't bring the remote) and the outlets to charge our phones were not working. Also, the power and water went off twice during our stay, and their generator was not working. The bath towels were all stained and frayed(we requested new ones), and there were no hand/face towels. The staff seemed nice but were not in a hurry to find out how our stay was going. I don't plan on returning here.

It was quite new for us that we had to dispose our used toilet paper in a bin and not in the toilet itself since this would clog the toilet. However, the bins were emptied daily. Secondly, the used soap at the sink was disposed daily by housekeeping and sometimes not replaced. The breakfast was very boring and not diverse; everyday we had the same (eggs, toast, sausage and/or pancakes), so almost no variety and no fruits. When we arrived, the pool looked very dirty, but was luckily cleaned during the next days of our stay since more guests were arriving. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time left to enjoy the pool. We would like to recommend to have more irons available, since the several irons available at the front desk were not enough, resulting in having to leave the hotel sometimes with unironed clothes.

We liked that the hotel was about 5 min from the beach and close to the Inifinity hotel. There is a mall with small supermarkets right across the hotel and decent restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating to fix any issues. The pancakes during breakfast were amazing 👏🏾!

You can notice, the hotel has it's best days in the past. A lot of equipment is getting old or falling apart. Breakfast you can eat if you are not member of Gornod Ramsey family otherwise you'll be swearing around with each bite taken, its just to fill your stomach, dont expect great culinary journey. In all, if this place would get a renovation and taken care of a bit more, then it could easily compete with all the beach resorts close by.

Nice, large rooms with a lot of space. A/C included. Good location with best price for West Bay compared to other hotels. Beautiful archtecture. Clean beds.

There are no elevators, and having luggage makes it difficult to get to the rooms. Our room was on the second floor, to get to it we had to go up around 150 stairs.

We were at the top level floor which had an Awesome view the only thing were the railings for my babies 👶🏻 because they can easily fall down to the ground Because the railings are too spread out and also I wish they can put more furnitures sofas on the living room area on the top floor! Also it will be awesome if they will have laundromat services!

On the main road with stores conveniently available nearby, the beach is a short 5 min walk down the main road to the Banarama restaurant area. Room was huge and really comfortable. Breakfast was a great locally prepared fixed plate from the onsite restaurant.

The room was dirty. The sheet were thread bare. The towels and pillow cases were filthy. The floors were so dirty. The door to the patio was broken and the door wouldn’t close so I had to change rooms.

Breakfast and breakfast! Manager should be bi-lingual.

Staff was accommodating and very friendly, except Manager. He didn’t speak any English and was obvious he didn’t care. Michael & Gerald were very helpful during in our monthly stay. We would stay here again, if they improved their breakfast. Most days food was cold or slightly warm. Same items; pancakes & eggs or eggs & dry toast. Everything precooked! The breakfast advertised on web is misleading. They need to step up the breakfast game. We started to eat breakfast at other places and found, it’s not a Roatan thing, it due to laziness and cheap way out.

Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness. The person in the lobby wasn't very friendly or welcoming. And the room smelled so bad and the sheets had stains and it just felt very musty. The balcony door didn't lock and we let the front person know but they never did anything about it so the whole time we stayed there it felt a bit unsafe sleeping with the door unlocked. The beds only have one pillow and the sheets were dirty. The hotel looks very nice online but once you get there you can tell it's rundown and old.
