The room was furnished modernly and comfortably with nice extra touches. Despite Booking's listing stating that there was no wifi at this property, that was incorrect, there was good wifi available throughout. Breakfast was included - option of omelette, Honduras breakfast or pancakes, along with coffee or juice. Aircon worked well, as did the hot water. The room had a balcony which had a view of sunset and the beach. The hotel manager was friendly.

The location is very central, right in the thick of things on main street which is great if you are visiting to party and so you can walk home in seconds, however, that also means it can be very loud. For instance, on Friday and Saturday nights when the clubs close after 2am, the locals get in their cars, play music through subwoofers and just hold their horns down to make as much noise as possible, which of course the hotel owners can't prevent. I was also woke up by a dog barking relentlessly one night, which the owners were also disrupted by (they stay within the hotel themselves). The walls and ceilings/floors of the hotel don't block noise well. The hotel is very clean, but there was no housekeeping or emptying of the toilet bin during the three nights I stayed. I battled with three huge flying cockroaches entering my room before bed across my stay. As I stayed over a weekend, I can't account for how things are on week days and whether they might be quieter.
