There was no shampoo or shower supplies, which would have been handy as we could not travel with these. Some of the umbrellas around the pool were broken. The check out time is 10am which is quite early, but we were able to leave our bags in the property in the communal area while we killed time at the promenade.

The room was comfortable and well air conditioned. The balcony got some sun during the day and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was quiet and relaxing and the location was only a 20 minute walk, or a 5 euro Uber to the lively promenade.

The area was very quiet, super clean. Kats cafe opposite was bonus. You can get uber into town 10 mins around €5 saves walking in heat. Shop 2 mins away.

Everything about the property met our expectations. The communication before and during stay was excellent, the recommendations offered by the host were really helpful; the location was ideal, a short walk to the old town but away from the noise and bustle of the town. The local cafe opposite the apartment was excellent and the apartment itself was comfortable and clean.

Lovely apartment, hosts are very nice and accommodating to any needs, such a lovely stay will definitely return We did have an issue with our aircon but like I say they tried everything to fix it but in return put us in a new apartment and gave us some drinks/snacks which we were very grateful for😁

Beautifully renovated and very functional appartement, perfectly located close to the park, beaches and the main part of city (walking distance to everything). We loved the pool, the balcony and the free dedicated parking space just in front of the complex.

WiFi wasn’t very strong and kept disconnecting but it didn’t impact us too much.

The property was very clean, modern, and welcoming. David was very helpful and communicative even though we had a very late check-in. We felt safe and looked after. Ljuba was fantastic and very friendly. We would recommend staying here, as we would definitely stay here again.

Staff were lovely on arrival, treating us to a shot each and a very warm welcome. Property was really good for value paid, pool was good, area lovely and only a 10 minute walk to the old town and 10 minutes to a number of beaches. Great stay!

Staff all amazingly friendly and welcoming, excellent communication throughout. Rooms were spotless, and the location is 10 - 15 mins stroll from Riva and old town. Ideal.

Very quiet and comfortable place. Small swimming pool was big enough and everything was very clean thanks to great cleaner Lady Angela. Distance to city center was about 1-2 km. Great place to vacation.

The room was very clean, modern and well equipped with everything we needed for a one week stay. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The location was good, it was about a 15/20min walk down the hill to the old town which was handy. The pool area was nice, and has a lovely toilet/shower facility right beside it! You do have to be out early for the umbrellas though as there aren't many. Overall a really nice stay and would definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting Split!

WiFi did not reach the whole apartment. Location was not the best, 20 minute walk into the old town and not much around the apartment besides a cafe opposite and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

The property was super clean and comfortable. Having things like salt, pepper, washing up tablets, toilet paper etc available was super handy as in the past we had to buy those ourselves! Loved the pool, so handy for days that were too hot for the beach ☀️

Unfortunately we had some issues with the wifi. It took a couple days to get fixed and the wifi was unavailable in our room. The host was however responsive and fixed the issue. The location is nice and quiet but note there is a 20 minute walk to the city center with one big hill or stairs.

The apartments are very modern and well equipped with everything you need. Everything is very clean. The pool is always sunny but there are lots of umbrellas. The onsite staff was very friendly and helpful!

very clean and well maintained apartment had everything you would need if you wanted to cook meals in the apartment 15min walk to town 10 minutes to beach unfortunately it is up hill on way home, get Uber from town 5€ don’t get taxi 14€ lovely to have pool when you get back in the evening
