We are sorry to hear your experience was unpleasant due to guests’ pets on the property. While we pride ourselves on being a pet-friendly hotel, having all the necessary equipment to ensure excellent cleanliness, we must also consider that not everyone has a pet or shares our point of view. We will be meeting with our cleaning staff to monitor the cleanliness of the hallways and encourage guests to let us know of any concerns.
