It’s a super nice property and the host Ivana is super helpful. We really enjoyed our week in Zadar and having this wonderful apartment as a place to recharge, relax and hang out.

Nothing

It was much cleaner than what we expected. We received really complete and exact information about how we should get the keys and where we should have parking. The staff was a very nice person.

This is NOT a negative point, but i could give a " 10 " if it was closer to the city centre and mattresses were soft.

The host is friendly, everything is clean, there’s hot water, comfortable beds, a kettle, fridge, and air conditioning – all working perfectly. The location is a short walk from the old town, which can be very crowded, so it’s nice to stay somewhere a bit more peaceful. Great if you have or plan to rent a car.

Ivana is amazing, thoughtful and kind host. The apartament is full equippped and 5 minutes walk to Maestrala beach. For my bday there was even a gift waiting and that was wonderful gesture! Good vibes!!

I cannot find anything

If you choose to stay here, this is a villa with a ground floor and an upper floor, the ground floor having 3 apartments (with mini terraces), fully equipped (stove, large fridge with freezer, microwave, sandwich maker ...). Clean and new, the goods chosen and positioned with good taste. Interestingly, the TV is in the living room and not in the bedroom :-). You can even use a washing machine. Located in a quiet area, it is about a 15-minute walk to the old town. 50 m from the location is the bus stop (I think 8) that can drop you off near an area with restaurants. The same bus can drop you off near the beaches, in the center of the new town or at one of the entrances to the old town. We still have a part of Zadar to explore, but also the Krka National Park, so we will come back (hopefully in 2025).

Ivana is very nice and helpful! All the time she was in touch with us. Apartment was spacious and very well equipped! Localisation was very quiet and calm. You can rest here, but at the same time it is close to the center(15 min walk). Very recommended!

The design of the rooms caught my eye when booking, and I am so happy with the decision: The room was so clean and comfortable, and the host is amazing! There are all the amenities needed in an apartment and even more. :) For us, everything was in a walking distance from the apartment (the old town, a beach, a Lidl nearby, etc.).

Wonderful host Ivana and her well-kept apartment. Strategically good location. Very close to the beach and the center. The apartment is only 13 km from the airport. There are also many inexpensive food stores nearby. The apartment is tidy and in a quiet environment. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The bedroom is spacious. The balcony is big and spacious, very tasty and sweet grapes🍇. There is air conditioning. Soap, shampoo and body scrub in the bathroom, Plenty of towels, There is a dryer. The car can be stored near the house for free. We liked it very much and are very happy that we chose 11 nights. We highly recommend our stay in these apartments!

Everything was just perfect! I loved how clean and neat was the apartment. It was close to the center and the beach. Ivana was lovely as a host.

The perfect location for our needs: a quieter part of town, close to the beach, shops, and several local eateries, but also within walking distance of the tourist attractions of Old Town. A very friendly host who gave us a great run down of the area on arrival.

Great apartment and location

The property was clean, newly renovated and spacious for two people.

Very clean apartment, comfortable beds, kitchen was equipped very well. Shampoo, body wash in the shower were lovely surprise, I did not expect that. The apartment was not in the city center but not far away by walking. I would say in reasonable distance from all main points of interests (sea, city center). Calm neighbourhood, feeling of privacy was there. Locality was better than city center in my opinion when looking for interesting beaches. Everyday we were on a different type of beach and it was never too far away. Small grocery shops were in close distance and bus stop was also very close when laziness won over. Huge terrace/balcon - perfect place to have a glass of local beer in the hot summer evening. In general, very positive feeling from the place. I regret I did not book for longer. Host, Ivana, was also very genuine and I really liked the small brochure about the accommodation and the way of communication. Thank you for the lovely experience we had!
