Great location, beautiful views. The staff were lovely and helpful. Beautiful breakfast. Had supper once and it was reasonably priced and lovely. All facilities were very clean. Gym was quite small for a property of this size but the staff there were very helpful. Towels were replaced very often in rooms (maybe a little too often). Would highly recommend the hotel and would book again. Perfect for a family holiday.

Sofa bed pulled out in our room made it awkward to get around the room to the other bed/ open fridge.

Lovely hotel and staff Amazing breakfast Wonderful aqua aerobics at 11.30 Read reviews about loud music around the pool and this was not the case there was only loud music whilst aqua aerobics was on. Free Bag collection and drop off at the port by the hotel is excellent. Lovely walk into the town Wonderful pool, not too busy

The distance from restaurants and shops were a long walk around a point and very tiring walking back and forward in the heat. Our room was up many levels at the rear of the hotel. and not near the pool. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The pool was wonderful with great poolside service. Lunch at the Cascade resaurant was delicious, good prices and generous portions. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom with walk-in shower

Barring the last night all the food at the pool at breakfast and on the terrace was lovely it wa let down by Thursday night when there was a thunderstorm and as such most people stayed in the hotel The food on the terrace was very slow and when it turned up was cold

Too many ball games in the pool. We ordered a superior room but I don’t think we got it. The room was small and stark, lacks colour, throw some blue in cushions and artwork.

We loved the pool area for its views, the lounges/umbrellas and the drinks. Breakfast was also very good. Staff across the resort are great.

- No espresso or other coffee machine in the room, just a kettle with cappuccino sachets and tea bags, no simple instant coffee sachet or other coffee; the coffee at breakfast was not good; the only way to get decent espresso was to pay at the bar at reception. - gym was too small for the size of the hotel and only opens from 8am; no shower at the gym itself - swimming pool was very pretty to look at but impossible to really swim in it as many people in it, shallow and decorative islands get in the way. If you want to swim go to the sea. - No nibbles at the bar to go with the drinks;

The room was small for 3 people. I was moved from a classic double to a junior suite but that was small too. There were no plug points next to the bed sideboards for charging phones. The room was tiny to accomodate a bed for my daughter, the bed given was terrible. No proper station for coffee/tea, the kettle was kept in a cupboard and again there were no plug points near a table or higher in the room to plug the kettle, had to plug the kettle on the floor. Bathroom was tiny for a junior suite. I know I over paid for what I got. Some of the basic necessitites were missed.

the pool is very good, the room however was expensive for what I paid and certainly expected better, breakfast was fine.

Loved how they bring your luggage from the ferry to hotel and back. Lovely pool area. Walking distance to main area.Double room was smaller than usual rooms but the balcony and view was lovely.

The gym is too tiny & under equipped. No shower rooms at the pool or the beach. I was first asked to pay for the beach bed & umbrella as they were not included but then sorted out. Overall, the hotel is good but overpriced.

Hvar island overall is breathtaking. The staff is friendly, especially the cleaning ladies for their beautiful smile. The location is good if you don't follow Google and directly access it from the pool door. Otherwise, you climb many stairs. The special cookie on the table was a good gesture. Also, helping & delivering the luggage between the ferry & the hotel.

As a whole similar to some of the previous reviews the hotel is massive and does appear out dated.

Location of the hotel and staff overall was excellent. Having the option of a pool and the beach directly in front really makes a difference. The luggage service offered from the port on arrival and departure was extremely helpful.
