Location, services and cozy atmosphere.

Very unique... like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Sparkling clean pool, and the host was super nice and accommodating. Room was decorated very well, must attention paid to detail!

Great place to stay! Location really good, a walk away from the beach. Breakfast area perfect. We had a twin room, which was nice but a little outdated. Air con excellent. Pool excellent. Staff excellent, they could not do enough for you. Big shout out for Susie who greeted us after arriving at 1.30 in the morning! Vanya was so lovely too! Will be back!

I would give this place -3 stars if I could. Seriously. RUN AWAY. The “hotel” is actually an abandoned restaurant. The side yard with the pool (more like a swamp) is covered in random decomposing junk. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and decomposing fish. The place is absolutely filthy. The sheets were dirty and falling apart—honestly they date back to the founding of Yugoslavia. The bath towels are stained dish rags—they’re about 2.5 inches long and totally stained. They gave us 1/4 a roll of toilet paper for 4 nights. No handsoap in the bathroom. Hair in the drain. Mosquitos everywhere. I tried to open the curtains and they just fell off the wall. Also, it is super super hard to find—because it is an abandoned restaurant and the address is wrong. This was one of the more expensive options in this area and I expected something way nicer. Honestly just sleep on a bench on the public beach and you’ll have a nicer (and more sanitary) vacation.

We were welcomed like old friends: it felt really personal and relaxed. All the staff were friendly, genuinely warm people who create a homely feel. The gardens and pool were beautiful to relax in. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Especially lovely was Ines’s artwork which added to the feeling of a home.

Everything was excellent. Pool and room was top notch. Staff were incredible too. Nothing was too much trouble

Location was amazing. Great restaurants close by and a short walk to the Marina. The pool area was great, we were a family of 10 adults and we had a great time in the pool and chilling at night in the seating areas. The apartments had everything we needed including air-conditioning and very comfy beds. The staff were great. offered lots of great tips for our stay. My husband lost his wallet,which we thought was whilst in Zadar old town. we travelled home the following day disappointed to not find it, however we arrive back in the UK to receive a call from Valantinata saying she had found it at the property and she will post it out to us immediately. What more could we ask for. we will certainly stay here again.

Good location and we really liked the pool area. The lady who owns the Villa was great and really helpful.

The wi fi in are room could have been better just a small criticism really.

Excellent place to stay! All of the hosts were so helpful, friendly and lovely. Valentina organised a trip to Plitvice for us which was fantastic! Rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable and the pool is gorgeous. Can't recommend it enough!

Nothing! Everything was spot on.

The bed was very comfy aircon was great shower was amazing! The pool was fantastic absolutely loved it. Valentina and all staff were so accommodating and very very helpful. Went out of there way to help.

Loved the staff they were super friendly and welcoming. Felt very relaxed at the villa and had the best weekend.

Location was a bit annoying but still no issues getting a taxi into the old town but nothing else that was a problem.

Ines was fantastic. She was so friendly and amicable, nothing was too much for her and her staff! The other staff were pleasant and not overbearing, they let you crack on with your own thing but were available when you needed them. The room was fantastic value for money and it was very clean. We even had the company of the villa cat, Pixie, in our room (much to our delight!) I couldn't recommend it enough.

The place was nothing like on photos over grown dirty the pool area was unusable I have taken photos of the area its a heath hazard and was not worth the money It is called something different A small sticker on the door saying villa annex Which at 12pm in dark was unacceptable None of the locals new where it was We had 1 coat hanger between 3 we had to buy toilet paper towels wernt changed They owner let us in at 1am we didn't see anyone again until the night be for departure When she came for money her attitude was poor on our complaint I feel this needs looking into and a refund would be appreciated
