We had a lovely stay here! Roberta is a wonderful host—so warm and welcoming. She met us on arrival, gave us great local tips, and made the place feel like home. The apartment is on the ground floor, which was perfect since I was traveling with my parents. It’s cozy, spacious, and the outdoor seating area is a bonus. The single AC in the living room was enough to cool the whole space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus, the location is super convenient—there’s a supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, bus stop, and ATM just steps away. Would absolutely stay here again! Love from Sweden and India 🇸🇪❤️🇮🇳

Roberta, the lovely host, met us on arrival to hand over the key and also explained what was in the apartment. She also provided very helpful information about the local area - restaurant, store and beach recommendations that we looked in to and were not disappointed. Old Town is a short bus ride away and the bus stop is a 1 minute walk. We also walked from the bus terminal and it was an easy 10-15 minute walk. It's a lovely clean and comfortable space in a nice, safe area.

The location was very nice near the supermarket. The host is wonderful. There was no small pan but the host purchased a new pan.

I was in this apartment for a week & it was very comfortable, fantastic location access to all Dubrovnik has to offer by bus, ferry or coaches. Supermarkets around. Facilities were great, it was a little home away from home. Roberta was lovely. Kitchen equiped with everything to cook for yourself. I made good use of the kitchen. The old town is accessible via buses, $2.50euro each way. Great place highly recommended, Very safe. Very comfortable, I am very glad I came across this little gem. I am a solo traveller.

The only thing I would say is the carpark outside the apartment is in use constantly, scooters, cars so lights & scooter engines. Does down around 11-to midnight.

We had a fantastic stay at Roberta’s place! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to give us lots of helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. You can really tell she cares about her guests. The property was very clean, with reliable WiFi and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also in a great location, easy to get around and with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Roberto and Pero are so welcoming! The place was spacious, comfortable and clean! Great location with short bus ride to Dubrovnik. Very easy to access the bus and to use. Roberta was so kind to welcome us with our late arrival and then meet us when we were leaving. Parking was a plus and a short walk away. Would love to come back.

Location was idea for exploring Dubrovnik- bus station, port and local buses minutes away. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Roberta was lovely and helpful!

The location, the owner was fabulous and it was near the bus station for easy access to Old Town.

Nothing to mention . It would have been great to have a toaster Unfortunately our neighbours were loud that disturbed the sleep.

Omg this place was HUGE and it had EVERYTHING you needed! Towels, the best shower I’ve experienced in Croatia and large which is a plus, close to everything!! The bus terminal, café’s, markets, bakeries, a shopping mall, supermarket, Port (Gruz) and a close bus ride to the Old City. There is nothing I didn’t love about staying here! As well, I had a rolling suitcase and there wasn’t a flight of stairs - another HUGE PLUS!

The apartment is good size on ground floor with good facilities

Property is sold as free parking but the parking lot is 700 meter away opposite ferry port near supermarket konzum ! The host initially kept on saying , today parking at the apartment is an issue so you will have to park at the allocated parking lot 5 mins walk and later on I could park at the apartment. We would have preferred honesty right at the outset stating that our parking lot for entire 3 night stay is 700 m away. Host kept on saying you are lucky to have Parking in Dubrovnik!! Not realising that guest will chose a apartment with parking when they are travelling by car. The Host did not provide bath towels - only when we went for shower we realised that the towels were all hand towels. Next day host provided bigger towels. She did not provide any extra bedsheet even when we asked for it. No mosquito repellent provided.

It was clean and in a quiet location. There was a nice terrace outside and it was close to the bus stop where we could get to Dubrovnik very easily

The free parking spot is a bit of a walk from the apartment.

We were welcomed on arrival. Apartment clean and had everything.Roberta also left biscuits and lollies and home made liqueur and was always a ailable on what's app. Great position.

The lokation was PERFECT! There was bus stop to dubrovnik old town 3min walking and parking was 5minute walking far- she let us put our luggage down next to apartment and then directed us to parking place. And if you buy dubrovnik city pass then bus rides are free! Apartment was really beautiful and just like in the picture or even better! Host was amazing also. Definetly 10 out of 10!

Everything was good!

The location is very good and there is a private parking, which ist important in Dubrovnik. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and good furnished. I recommend it.

Host was friendly- contacted to ask arrival time & was there on time when we arrived. She showed us around the place & suggested places for food. The place was clean & comfortable. It is also close to the main/international bus stop & the local bus stop is conveniently located at the road outside of the property.

Beautiful Apartment with everything we required. Great location. Hosts were extremely helpful.

Wet clean very well equipped. A great size too and ideally located for the port and bus station. Only a small bus ride to the old town.
