We were welcomed by very friendly hosts, and the communication was pleasant throughout. They helped us with any questions and always checked if we needed anything. The location is excellent, with a private access to the water (long-long stairs :) ) and beautiful views! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a stay.

This is more about the specifics of the location rather than a drawback of the accommodation itself. Since it’s across from a busy road, it can be noisy at night due to passing cars and motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, as we’ve stayed near such roads before, we got used to it after a couple of nights🙂. In the second room(without air-condition) was to hot, so we slept with kids in one room with air-conditioning.

The hosts provided exceptional service, were very hospitable, they let us taste their home produced wine and also provided us with home produced olive oil and overall made us feel like at home. There is a very nice beach with a bar very close to the apartment, it's enough to descend to it directly with stairs. Also, Mimice is a very good location with Omis nearby in one direction and Baska Voda and Makarska in the other direction.

The room was neat and clean but it has that 1980's look, so the equipment and decoration could use some upgrade, and it's not easily visible from the photos. On a side note, our room didn't have a private kitchen - we were ok with it but better to check it first. Also, walls are thin so if the neighbours are noisy be prepared to deal with it ;) The sea view room directly faces the main road so it's necessary to have windows closed at night, though they are pretty soundproof so once closed then it's quiet.
