The wi-fi is only accessible in the main lobby, so if you want to be online you have to go to the lobby. The TV remote in our room didn't work and the staff member to whom I reported this didn't know what to do (but we weren't interested in watching TV anyway). The shower has no enclosure so it is nearly impossible to avoid getting water all over the bathroom. Some people might not like the fact that to get to the hotel from Zagreb you have to drive up a long one-way road with lots of sharp switchbacks for about half an hour. It's not recommended after sunset. Driving back down is a little easier, as the road has fewer switchbacks. We were already aware of this so we accepted it as part of the package.

This hotel is on top of Medvednica mountain among beautiful forests with excellent views if you go for a short hike. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning and heating and lots of closet space. The breakfast included a nice assortment of delicious hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and most could converse well in English. We had to leave very early on our last day and they were kind enough to prepare a breakfast box for us. Zagreb is not far away, yet far enough away that you can escape the noise and poor air quality and the summer heat.

Amazing place very close to Zagreb. Almost top of mountain 1030 m high. Hotel in the middle of beautiful forrest. It is perfect for hiking and bicycle riding. Room very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean. Definitely worth visiting.

The shower is leaking Mold in the bathroom There is no kettle in the room (don't know how it is possible? there is a kitchen in the apartments) The jacuzzi is not working It is necessary to book a sauna in advance, it works till 9.30 pm They are not flexible, they offered to add 2 people for 80 euros per day, although the room cost 75 euros per day, if I knew that I'd booked for 4 in advance

This time, the whirlpool does not work, and i missed him a lot. We stay instead of 3 days 5 days after a 930 km driving and iI have severe problems in my back and would need to relax in the Whirlpool.

I was several time in this Hotel and I booked it for the quiet and privat Athmosphere, with a good Kitchen to prepare my Muesli, for breakfeast and frigidaire for my own products I take with me, and also for the Whirlpool . The Breakfast was exxcellent and rich, also the kitchen served good meals in the evening.

Beddings had holes and stains. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I didn't expect the location to be on the highest point of the mountain. My fault, I should have researched more about the location. You drive around 40 minutes on a beautiful zig zag road to reach the hotel.

Great staff, large two bedrooms and two toilets. One nice large bathroom. Very clean kitchen and utensils.

The food in the restaurant was below average,not much to choose from and no taste. It's out of the way, so if it's just a stop over on the way to the south, you don't want be looking somewhere else to eat. It's a shame, wouldn't eat there again. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. It would be nice if they cleaned the balcony furniture as well. There were some guests (a group of children) that were making quite a lot of noise late at night.

The base is nice, but outdated. Almost everything needs to be renewed! Worn and dirty furniture, creaky beds and sofas, torn curtains, lack of a curtain in the bathroom, many poorly repaired malfunctions... The place would be perfect if a little more money was invested!

The location of the hotel is wonderful - in the middle of a natural park! A quiet and peaceful place with its own restaurant, which is a big plus, especially if you arrive late at night. The food they offered us was delicious! The staff is very nice and kind! Big rooms in the apartment, big bathroom and beautiful view from the balconies!

The hotel needs a little renovation, the bottles of alcohol beverages all around the stairs like a decoration look horrible. Showers in spa area look sad, it doesn’t look like one’s on Booking.com’s pictures.

Jacuzzi tub water was kept at 26 degrees which is not what you would expect from a spa. This was one of the main reasons why we booked this place. It just doesn't make sense to have a cold jetted tub at a ski resort when you're in the sauna room. It was really uncomfortable.. I hope they take care this because I actually liked the place and the staff was super friendly.
