The location was perfect for my motorcycle trip across Croatia, however the owners are simply next level amazing. The warmth, the welcoming, the spottlessly clean and nicely decorated property is quite a find. They even drove me to the nearby restaurant so that I didn't need to take the motorcycle (they offered for free). The place is super well located, calm and I slept like a baby. Highly recommend!

Everything you need is in the apartment. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. Another important thing: since the room is on the ground floor surrounded by the garden and much greenery....you absolutely do not need air conditioning! I slept there in July when it was 36 degrees. A big plus for this place when it comes to comfort and cleanliness. Gračac is a good stop if you want to visit the gorges around, Srb (Una spring), Cerovačke špilje or caves nearby, monastery Krupa or jump to Gospić or Zadar (1 hour drive) for a swim.

Great hosts, it feels like you’ve visited your distant relatives in a countryside. The apartment is spacious, the bed is big, there is all kitchen appliances you need. Homemade jam is worth to be specifically mentioned, it’s delicious.

Negative: - no breakfast offered even though it’s being promoted as a “bed & breakfast” - no functional restaurant on the premises

Positive: - the rooms are very big and have a small kitchen - the space was clean and the bed was comfortable - it’s a good place for a short stay, we only slept for a night here before heading to Dubrovnik - host was nice and welcoming

Such a peaceful and quiet place in the countryside, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to small details really made the stay special. The owners clearly have an eye for what guests need. One thing that stood out was the ample number of electrical plugs right by the bedside – it's the first room we've stayed in that truly catered to modern needs. There’s also a lovely little garden and a small terrace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

А wonderful place! Beautiful garden! The studio is spacious enough - there is also a kitchen equipped with everything you need. A neat veranda where you can drink your coffee or a cocktail in the evening. There is a possibility for breakfast, which the hosts prepare from homemade products. And now for the hosts - wonderful people who made us feel at home, gave us tips about the places we visited! My wife had a birthday and Boris and Gordana had prepared a surprise - a cake! We are touched and grateful from the bottom of our hearts! We hope to see you again! We have a plate 😉❤️

It’s a family running business we used only for overnight at way toward sea. Couple owning that property was kind and cheerful. At groundfloor they offer breakfest. Given room has uncountable small things(decorations). It must be a tough to make whole room clean.

Everything was fantastic! The house, with multiple apartments, is in excellent condition and beautifully maintained. The property is covered with flowers and charming details crafted by the host, Gordana. The breakfast was amazing—probably the best part of the stay. My room was comfortable, clean, and fully functional. Boris and Gordana were incredibly kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed!
