Good shower. Great space and light.

No internet 1st day. TV didn't work.

Great apartment - I could live there! Really spacious with everything you could need.

Location of the apartment. Host was very helpful and available.

The mattresses were very uncofortable.

The apartment is in a lovely location. It's small but efficiently arranged, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The Christmas lights in the front window were a nice touch! We would definitely stay there again!

A few small items were in need of repair in the apartment, but overall we were very satisfied.

Location is amazing, only a few steps from the city center. Parking is possible in the garage across the street (though quite expensive - 2,00 €/hour). The bedroom paint is white, which looks much better than the purple on the pictures. It was pleasantly warm and you could heat with the air condition as well. Getting the keys from the keybox was easy.

The sofa in the living room is quite worn out (inclined towards the center). There was no coffe machine even though it is listed among the services and a machine can be seen on one of the pictures. The appartment looks nice and renovated from distance but if you look closely, you can see that the kitchen cabinets almost fall apart, as well as the shower hose. With small improvements it could be a 5* accommodation.

It was very cosy and nice even better than the pictures, nice shower, the owner was very nice he let us keep our luggage there till night after our checkout bc we were leaving zagreb late at night

Only problem was the toilet not flushing good but with afew tries it did work always

Good location

The appliances were not working! Detergent soap was not available in sight. Had to call the property owner who directed me to get a chair and reached out for the key placed on top of a water meter and used the key to open the closet where the cleaning materials were stored. The washing machine was not working properly and I ended up with wet unwashed clothes! The microwave was also not working! Even the TV had 2 remote controls one for power and one for volume. But you need to figure that out or ask the I always sit on this side like what you said always on the property owner. The property owner initially agreed to send someone to fix the washing machine. But that didn’t happen and he eventually told me he will refund me the booking charges paid. To this day, I have yet to receive the refund. I messaged him in WhatsApp, where we communicated since my day of stay, but got no reply. Apartment is located in second floor with no elevator!

Close to downtown, good value, clean, comfortable and roomy. Check in was very fast.

it is not easy to take a taxi there

Absolutely great localization. You exit the building and you find yourself in the Old Town. On the opposite side of the street is commercial center with parking garage open 24/7.

Keys were missing in the box, so had to wait over 1hour for staff to arrive. All bed covers has bad smell Apartment floor needs repair Parking is problem. On the street there's time limit while close by shopping mall's parking is 2€ per hr!

Location was excellent. Beautiful spacious apartment with every comfort. Washing machine was appreciated. It was a beautiful homely apartment with a very well equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals.

Small oversights like, no olive oil left, just unwashed, used up oil dispenser, no sugar, no bath soap or tiny shampoo bottles in bathroom. The hand soap dispenser in bathroom was nearly empty. But don’t let these oversights detract you from this property - it was a wonderful location and experience.

Its in the centy, convenient for everything.

The location is superb, it's right at the start of Upper Town! There's a Spar right across the road & amazing restaurants within walking distance. Zagreb is an amazing City with so many things to do & see. It has a washing machine, aircon & plenty of mod cons & very good double glazing windows with shutters so it blocked out quite a lot of noise at night time! Ivan was very prompt if we had any queries & we felt very assured if there were any problems they would be sorted immediately. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

The Apartment has 52 steps to get to it, so it's not suitable for mobility impaired people & that was it!!
