The only issue was that it was very hot and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, which would have helped us sleep, it was August.

Left a pair of jeans at the flat and the owners kept them for us and were lovely about us picking them up.

The house is located in a quiet place with bus stop, supermarket and restaurant nearby. We could park our car in the yard, which is very valuable in Dubrovnik.

Safe parking in a cul-de-sac location, really nice outside space for eating if required. Easy to get into the Old Town by bus. Very comfortable and clean, friendly communication with the host (we arrived quite late). We only stayed for one night after a flight and have no complaints at all - great place to stay.

We had a bit of a hard time finding the location, part of which was the mapping app we were using. Thankfully, the hosts helped vector us in using their map coordinates, as we wouldn't have found it otherwise.

Very nice, clean property close to the Old Town with convenient bus routes. The free parking was a nice bonus and the hosts were very friendly and accomodating.

I think the property doesn't have heating. At least we didn't find it. We went in March and it was ok without it, but I guess in January could be a bit chilly during the night . I think it didn't have wifi either. For us was.ok, but I guess not for everybody.

Very tidy with enough place for our family and even a barbecue place. A car parking is also very appreciated. The little chocolate biscuits for guests were a nice touch and having there the wash machine soap was also very convenient.

For $900 AUD for 2 nights it was not value for money. It is peak season but for just 2 rooms, very small kitchen and bathroom I don’t think it’s worth the price. Hotel rooms in Lapad are cheaper and closer to the beach.

Quiet. Very clean. Owner provided washing detergent upon request. Parking was under cover. Construction happening next door but no noise or problems with this.

The floors were not very clean, perhaps the vacuum cleaner bag is full!!! The rooms are a little smaller.

Friendly behavior of the owner. The patio in front was just splendid to eat outside for breakfast and dinner. Supermarket is also nearby. We got safe parking also. All in all... Satisfied!!
