Depending on the upstairs guests, can be a little noisy when they’re walking around but not enough to spoil our stay! We would definitely come back again.

Was a wonderful location, so close to everything! (If you love game of thrones you are right next to the shame steps!) Our host Stjepo was the absolute best! Sooo friendly and accommodating, kind enough to help us out with storing our luggage since we had a later bus after checkout time! We had an amazing stay!

This apartment is a little gem, great location within the old town, very clean and well appointed. Stjepo couldn't do enough for us, allowed us to drop off luggage early in the day and arranged our taxi transfer to the airport. Also showed us the way to apartment to avoid the many many steps. If we visit Dubrovnick again would definitely stay here

Dubrovnik is completly overcrowded and overpriced.

Located directly in the old city. Stjepo is a very friendly and helpful owner. We could leave our luggage in the house on day of departure.

Lovely place just a few steps inside the walled city! The room was clean, comfortable, with AC and a small kitchenette. Just be aware that when you travel to Dubrovnik you will need to walk with your bags from the city gates. There are no cars permitted in the walled city. Also suitcases on the wheels are NOT recommended!! Now when we know we will definitely consider this place to stay again! Longer next time!

Hardwork in the heat and crowds getting the cases to the apartment (we booked a taxi with booking.com so had no assistance with cases). Would have loved a little balcony to sit outside on ideally.

Stjepo was very friendly, location was very central in old town, found lovely place to swim and boys jump off rocks, clean apartment.

It was immaculate Really comfortable bed. Great location Really quiet but very central Excellent air conditioning which wasn’t too loud I’m not surprised he’s fully booked for next few weeks Stijepo was a great host and we were delighted to meet him. He offered to pick us up from airport for a reasonable fee. It was so lovely to be met at the airport and our flight was slightly late but he didn’t mind If you’re ever going to Dubrovnik get the €40 Dubrovnik pass It’s cheaper the paying €40 to walk the walls as you get free entrance to all the museums too Had a lovely swim in the sea Heavenly!

We had a great stay at Apartment Santa Maria in the old town of Dubrovnik! Our host Stjepo was super friendly and kept in touch with us before arrival. He even met us at the gate of the old town, walked us to the apartment, and helped with our bags – such a nice welcome! The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is perfect – just steps away from everything, but without too many stairs like some other places in the old town. Just a heads-up: there are a few steep steps inside the apartment, so it might not be ideal if you have mobility issues. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. Expect some noise as people walk past. The stone walls amplify noise. The music school nearby might bother some. We found it charming.

Great location within old city walls and away from busy streets. Kind and helpful host. Very comfortable, nicely decorated apartment over two floors. Windows on three sides for good air flow. AC units on both floors when needed. Felt like locals popping out for food and walks.
