The apartment and its balcony was so cute. The place was great for our dog, and we had lots of feline visitors.

The neighbors did not seem friendly nor like our dog even though he was quiet.

This was the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. The location was very good - close to the Old Town, Riva, Diocletian's Palace, ferries. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Upstairs the outdoor patio made for lovely al fresco meals. Washing machine was very useful for a week's stay.

It was a little difficult to find on first arrival, as to be expected in an old town of alleyways. A little milk would be good for a cup of tea or coffee on arrival.

We were missing duvet covers.

The hosts had excellent communication with us and allowed us to deposit our luggage after the past guests had departed. The apartment had everything including a full kitchen with a washing machine and a clothes washer. There was a private balcony upstairs where we enjoyed a few meals.

We didn't know how best to get to the apartment. And then it was walking up the hill from Old Town. It was very near Old Town tho, so no problem. The neighbors lived very close key and were noisy in the mornings. But they were quiet at night.

My only complaint is lack of firm enough pillows but I'm very hard to please about that. Also a note about the hot water switch would help. Its easy to accidentally turn it off.

Beautiful, clean apartment, two bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine, lounge room. Great water views, 5 minute walk to the riva. Would stay again

The apartment is well located for easy walking to the old town area. The bed is really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, oven, pod coffee maker and everything else you need. There is a washing machine too. Large SMART TV. It was clean. Supplied with some basics including salt/pepper/olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc. Airconditioning works well. Great communication from the host with clear instructions on self check in.

SMART TV just needs to be connected to the WiFi to be able to access its features. A ceiling fan would be a great addition.

The place was first class. The rooms were large and beautifully brought up to modern standards. Location was quiet. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Well equipped feel like home.

It’s on the 3rd floor of you are unable to use stairs then it will be difficult place for you. But this is in very convenient location

The apartment was excellent. Katja had thought of everything and provided all things which we needed. The bed was super comfortable and television was excellent too. You couldn’t wish for a better kitchen and bathroom. The outside patio with table and chairs was perfect.

The lockbox was a little fiddly, or maybe that was just me. Another problem was; people in the upstairs apartment could be quite noisy. Especially in the middle of the night. But that is not Katja’s fault.

Very clean appartment, really well situated and welcoming. Host left a welcoming bottle of wine, orange juice which was a very unexpected and nice touch. Mid-stay, host contacted us to see when they could come without disturbing us to clean the appartment and provide us with fresh bed linen and towels. Very confortable and nice stay.

The instructions to get to appartment may have been a bit more clear as the taxi driver left us in a different spot that the host might have expected. Maybe the host could have provided exact information to relay to the taxi driver so he could have left us to the correct spot. But this is really minor. Everything else perfect, would come back.

Spacious apartment within a five min walk to the promenade, location is fantastic for trips in and out of Split.

The second bedroom has no airco, it's OK if you leave the door open so the cooler air comes in.

Our stay here was amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough. Number one thing for me was location and this place was in the perfect spot just 5 minutes into the heart of old town!
