Apartment location is the best what could be. It is quiet and peaceful, but very close to old town. Apartment is very clean. Also owners are very helpful, you can get lot of interesting and useful info. If needed, also airport transfer is available.Definitely recommend this place!

Loved everything. Stijepo met us at the taxi and helped with our luggage. Then he gave us great information about Dubrovnik. The terrace was amazing great view of old town and Banje beach.

This little studio is in an ideal, quiet location about 5-6 minutes walk from Ploče Gate, much better than living inside the Old Town. Ivana and Stijepo are perfect hosts. The studio is spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a short stay. It's a great place to stay.

The host met us at a place near the accommodation carried our heavy bags gave us an introduction to Dubrovnik . Similarly he carried our bags down to waiting transport to the airport that he arranged for us. The place was cosy and comfortable, great value for money and just outside the old town. The view from the terrace where we had evening drinks was magnificent.

Lovely apartment with great view of the sea. It was close to the old town just a 10mins walk excellent area. Local shop 5min walk for breakfast etc The host gave us lots of useful information and a map of the area, also arranged for a taxi to pick us up and drop us back at the airport, The taxi driver was great too again giving us info of the area. A great few days away

Everything was perfect it was a great end to a small boat cruise.we spent 3nights in Dubrovnik The host was perfect and was so helpful allowed us to stay in our room until we needed to leave for airport Wonderful location enjoying a glass of wine looking across the sea and looking at the walls of Dubrovnik from the terrace. Perfect accommodation for the town a few minutes walk away . Would return with out a doubt.

We loved everything about our stay, Stijepo was the ultimate host, he is so passionate and proud of Dubrovnik, which was a delight to see. He gave us such good information, tips and help. There was nothing that I can say I/we didn't like BUT you have to be aware if you plan on visiting Dubrovnik it is full of steep steps so if like me you have knee problems be warned

Fantastic location made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Dubrovnik should be known as the city of steps - there are thousands! But this apartment meant only a five minute downhill walk to the gate of the old city. Views from the terrace were of postcard quality making for a great base with the popular beach just meters from the apartment (down lots of steps obviously!) The accommodation was all that was needed , large comfortable bed and a fridge /good shower are our personal needs as we eat out mostly but a fridge for beer/wine was great. The host went out of his way to explain places to visit and decent restaurants which helps reduce the list of lots of choice. He also facilitated the booking of airport transfers slightly cheaper than the posted rate at the taxi rank. He also offered a discount card for approx 6 of his favourite restaurants ! In all the host was awesome.

It was close to the Old Town and it was easy to get in and out of the Old Town as was at the end opposite the Pile Gate. The Pole gate is where all the coaches and buses drop people off.

Happy to recommend this accommodation. It’s in a very good location with splendid views from the terrace and only approx 7 minutes walk to the Ploce gate of the old city. Our apartment was compact but very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Stepan, the host, greeted us at the private airport transfer point nearby, carried my case up the few steps, and welcomed us to the property with a cold drink on the terrace. He was very friendly, and happy to share his local knowledge. His restaurant recommendations were very good.

We loved everything.

We travelled Croatia for 4 weeks and this place was a highlight. From the outset our host Stijepo was outstanding - welcomed us with drinks and shared history, family stories and things to do. Their place is perfect for 2. Private and with magnificent patio views over the Adriatic and old town, just a few hundred metres away. Beach towels and mats provided were a bonus. When we return to Dubrovnik we will stay here again.

Ideally located close to the old town & near to the beach. Owner was very helpful, carrying our suitcase up the steps & telling us useful information about the city. Place had all the facilities we needed & a lovely terrace to sit out on & enjoy the view.

The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from the city walls, the cable car, beach and restaurants. Stijepo, the host was really welcoming and helpful and the apartment had everything we needed for our few days in Dubrovnik. Overall, a wonderful experience. Hopefully we’ll return and stay in the apartments again.
