We had a truly wonderful experience staying in this apartment! The host greeted us personally — it felt like arriving at a distant relative’s home. She didn’t just hand over the keys but warmly told us about the apartment, the surroundings, and gave great tips for visit Zadar. The apartment itself is extremely cozy, spotless, and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. Everything a family might need was there — from cleaning supplies to plenty of soft, clean towels. Everything felt fresh, warm, and full of soul.

The lady was very nice and professional, she even asked what time are we coming to swich the AC on 😍 everything was super clean, can see the sea from the ballcony, 5 euro by Uber to the center, but also there is a bus stop straight in front of the house, kitchen with everything you need and washing machine with powder 🤩 Very, Very nice. Our host and the house were SUPER. The modern house is very very clean and nice. The bed is comfortable and at the night there are quite and silence. It is possible to parking free the car in front of the house. The host is police, friendly and she loves to do this job and have guests.

The apartment is on the 3rd level with no elevator. It could be difficult hauling heavy luggage. But we could manage.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Zadar. The space was very clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the listing. The balcony was a highlight, offering a lovely view of the nearby indoor stadium, a beautiful sunset overlooking the town, and a view of the sea for relaxing in the evenings. The hosts lived just one floor down and were kind, helpful, and easily reachable if needed. The secured parking was a big plus and made everything very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and I felt completely at home. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar and would love to stay again in the future!

The owner Iva is a great person and host who made us feel at home. The apartment is wonderful, fully furnished and very clean. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean and nice with everything you need. Large balcony with a great view. There is a parking space and the internet is up to standard. 10 min. walk from the center.

It is indeed a little far from the old town, and the way back is up a slope.

This apartment is perfect: spacious, fully equipped, and easy to access. It has coffee, tea, and kitchen utilities. There is also an air conditioning device, as it may get hot during the day.

The drain in the shower gets a bit blocked when the shower is wide open. But apart from that, everything was perfect!

The apartment is amazing, and Iva is a lovely host! Both beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed in the living room), and the bathroom is great as well! The shower's pressure is good, and there is a washing machine available too, which is very handy. The kitchen is well equipped, and all the appliances work really well. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view and you can put your clothes to dry outside on the clothes rack. The location is good, just 15-20 minutes from the old town (walking) and very close to the supermarket (Kaufland). Iva gave us very nice tips, which improved our experience in Zadar! Additionally, there is a private parking place inside the property. Overall, we had an amazing stay 😍

Wow! Where do I start, this was our most pleasant stay (3 nights) in a vacation of 2 weeks through Croatia. Of the 2 available apartments we stayed in the one with the big balcony, which was one of the first high-points of our stay: eating on the terrace, enjoying the setting sun. Zadar is a big city, which I love to visit as a tourist, but the apartment is located in a more calm area, right in front of the big sports center. This offers a lot of green nearby, whereas if you book elsewhere, chances are you will have another big building, right in front of you. The old city center - which is a must-see for everyone - is a 30-minutes walk away, but again due to the sports center this is a nice walk! The facilities are perfect: Big, modern bathroom and shower, big and modern kitchen area, comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom and a nice sitting area. Overall I would say the apartment feels even bigger than in the pictures. Finally the owners are both very friendly and helpful! They gave a lot of tips and conversations with them were so nice and made us both feel very welcomed! Equivalent to a five-star hotel!
