The Location was perfect for us, not far from anything and Marko, the host , is super helpful and friendly, he greeted us and handed the keys, showed us around and helped us which our heavy luggage. The room was very clean and tidy. and the bed was very comfy. There was everything we needed it from cutlery to pans, kettle, soap and towels and leafles and a map with locatrions of interest from the area. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this place as a comfy stay!

Plenty of on street parking, but unfortunately the secure parking only has 2 spaces which were taken by others. But car seemed safe parked on street just outside the front.

Great location, 5-10 min walk to the old town, or supermarket. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who gave nice recommendations of things to do in the area when we arrived. Room had everything we needed and felt safe.

Perfectly well equipped apartment ran by exceptional friendly team. Location was great, a €4 Uber ride took you into the old town.

The hot water tank was a little small for 2 people, but it wasn't too bad.

15 mi ute walk to town through a nice neighborhood and park, Marko was a very good host with lots of suggestions for activities and restaurants. Nice, safe off--street parking for our rental. Access to a washer! Nice little kitchen area.

If there's anything to complain about, it would be the length of our stay - should've stayed much longer :) There's really not a single bad thing to say about this apartment.

Everything was absolutely great! Marko was a great host and gave us some very useful (and very much needed) tips for places to visit/see, restaurants and even helped us book tickets for some trips. Our whole stay was fantastic and we're very happy we chose this apartment.

The apartment was excellent. Exactly the same as described, with clean and spacious rooms. The apartment's situated in a walking distance from the Old Town and lots of beaches nearby. Marko is a very nice and helpful host who's always willing to help. The place is highly recommended!

Marko was a fantastic host who gave us lots of information about what to do in Zadar and how the apartment's facilities worked. If we had a question, he would get back to us promptly and help us with any issues, like the laundry.

The fact that I have to answer this silly question, the place is perfect.

The friendliness of the staff, always available but never intrusive. The location is perfect and the ambience was relaxing, having used the guesthouse previously I have no hesitation in recommending the ivana-iva apartments.

Not too many restaurants or cafés nearby, but that was okay for us who like walking :) They could be found nearby!

Clean, spacious and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was very nice and had a place for drying laundry, which we got to wash free of charge. Host was very helpful!

The place was very good, everything was super clean and in a perfect state, we had plenty of maps in the room to help us visit the city and surroundings, and the location of it is very good. Marko was an excellent host and provided us with tons of information when we arrived, offering his help if we wanted to book other activities nearby.

The capacity of the hot water boiler could have been a bit larger, but if you shower quickly there is no problem.

The accommodation and garden are really great and very well kept. The room was pretty and very clean. The shower in the bathroom had a skylight and that was nice. The location is in a nice neighborhood and it's easy to go to the beach and to walk from there.

Everything was clean, organised and functional. The owner had provided us with all the neccesities we needed such as salt and oil. Bathroom was great, clean towels waiting for us. It was a suprisingly spacious apartment for a studio apartment.

The only thing I would suggest as an improvement ( although it may be my fault not to be able to set it) would be a fixed shower and lower pillows.

Marko was a great host. We checked in very late (over 00:00)but still he explained everything to us with no rush, we stayed for nearly a week, so he also checked on us every day to see if we needed extra service ( like cleaning or changing towels). His place had enough parking for us. Wi-fi is great if you need to work and if you have a car you are very close to old town. We would come back , and we would also recommend this place to our friends/family. Marko made our stay even more special. Ps: Aircon kept us cool in the warm Zadar nights.

Be prepared they do not accept cards.

Host texted me in advance regarding my arrival time, due to some traffic congestion we were late but the host stayed up for us, he was so kind and patient. When we arrived, he came out to greet us and escorted us to the room and walk through the facilities. Be prepared for cash though they don't accept cards, we did not have enough cash the host was kind and offered flexibility - he accepted partial payment first, and the rest of payment the next day. - Room actually looks a lot nicer than photos, very new and super clean, spacious room with kitchenette - Private parking - Super nice shower, hot and good water pressure - Good location in a residential area
