washing machine broke while we were using it, was up quite a few stairs which was hard with our suitcases, a few low roofs which was hard for someone tall

As it is near the old town, in the night time you may hear some noisy drunks walking past the apartments on their way back to their own, but if the windows are shut this removes most of the noise. This was only a minor issue for us. On the whole it is a good apartment.

Our plane arrived late in the evening, but we had already contacted the host and she was still able to meet us and let us in. We were concerned at first that we were required to pay cash on arrival, but in the end any worry was unnecessary. We were only booked for one night and looked around Split after check out and before catching a ferry in the afternoon. The apartment is only a short walk form the old town and from the transportation hub that has the ferries, train station and bus station all located together. There is also a supermarket about 50m walk up the same road. The apartment met our expectations for the short stay that we had planned.

No laundry detergent or dishwasher pods provided. When asked, The owner stated "we are not obliged to provide it". The listing clearly stated washing machine and dishwasher as facilities but one needs to purchase their own materials to use them. Found this strange. Also this is a cash only property and they do not accept cards for payment. It is the ground floor which is rented out by the owner.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the blankets were not enough. There was only one small blanket for 2 people, no top sheet, just a thin, small blanket

Although very well equiped, little things like tea towels would have been nice and a toaster would be more useful than an airfryer

It's basically a cellar in which they put some furniture. Not much daylight provided, one bedroom didn't had any window, only one air-condition in the living room. The pictures you'll see during booking are from one apartment, but they have multiple so be careful which one you'll get during the booking process.

The apartment is perfectly located next to the old town. It was clean. It's okay for staying there, but in comparison to other apartments there a lot of improvement.

Mia was waiting for us. It was very easy. The place is simple, but nice, looks like new. Nice place, nice kitchen, nice bathroom. I could use the washing machine and the place has an area in front of the entrance that I could dry our clothes fast and easily because the sun as 38 celsius degrees kkkkk. Mia was great. Great Internet, location, very good space. There is no breakfast because it is not a hotel, but it is close to places to eat, the area where the boats leave for tours and to Split Old Town

Not much really but a couple of things could have made the stay more comfortable. Some dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher as there is no plug to hand wash, and a dish towel to dry dishes and some spare bin bags.

This is such a great little apartment. And the hosts were fantastic. I had an issue with the washing machine (user error!) and they came straight away to help. It’s in the perfect location, steps from a supermarket and the old town, aircon was great and the kitchen is well equipped.

Not much daylight as the apartment is below floor level but as we were out most of the day and only there for 2 nights it wasn't a deal breaker.

Location was great, check in was easy and beds were very comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed.

We liked the location, as walkable distance to main old city town, and cruise docks. The place was a little tricky to find. Needed to ring the host for instructions. Good communication with host. The apartment was very clean, and comfortable. Only stayed one night. Good value for one night stay.

We did run out of hot water after 2 medium-lengthed showers.

The host was lovely with excellent communication. The apartment was modern and will updated. It felt safe for 2 female travellers and the location was very convenient for access to the old town and also the port in the morning with our heavy suitcases.

The location was very close to the old town, so was perfect for what we needed. We were staying only one night so it had everything we needed for this stay.

The property had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The location was great for walking into the centre of town and for travelling in and out of Split.

1 set of towels (aka 1 big and one small) per person would be great. Still great communication with host, we got what was missing immediately :) Could have more glasses in the kitchen for water. No curtains around the bathtub and the bathroom was quickly wet after showering.

There is a lot of noise coming from the bar outside the window from the bedroom during the nighr and air conditioning does not directly cover that room.

Very nice big apartment in a good location. Decent communication. All gadgets work well, nice terrace and garden.
