There is no room for parking (if you can find it, lucky you). The room and cutlery could have been cleaner. Air condition was on 18 C, bit we didnt feel any temperature change since we came to the apartment. It would be nice also to have a place to put your clothes and to dry them also.

Location is perfect and even though close to the city, no noise. Theres a supermarket about 50m next to it. It had microwave, knives, and all.the basic things you need for a small meal.

Bathroom has a bit poor ventilation, so the towels were always wet. Some kitchen appliances like frying pan were missing, so even if there was a kitchenette, the possibility of preparing meals was limited.

Great location very close to the city centre, markets and bakeries. Despite this, the apartment was quiet. Coffee machine in the apartment with supply of capsules.

The water from the a/c on the top was dropping just in front of our door making noise at night and making slidy if you were not careful. I had to call to receive the instructions to enter because we didn't received it

The apartment is conveniently located within a few minute's walk to the old town away from the crowds. It was fairly-equipped and perfect for a short stay.

The photo was wrong. When I booked, there was a window next to the bed. But in fact the apartment has no windows, just a small window in the kitchen. I had to keep the door open because you couldn't breathe. The apartment was dirty and had mold! There is no internet there. Since the internet access is not activated, the owner assured me that she would take care of it, but nothing happened. No TV. The owner did not want to communicate.

Really nice apartment in the center of Zadar. Spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need. I really enjoy my stay in Zadar and would recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is not worth that money. First of all the apartment could be cleaner. The shower is leaking, so the bathroom is flooding all the time. The air conditioner was leaking as well. After my check in, when I was already at the beach,I recived a message from the owner that the air conditioner is broken, so it will come someone to fix it tomorrow. The owner asked me to leave the keys from the apart for the repairman in the little box ( from where you are taking the keys during the self check in/out ) since I will not be in the apartment. I was not comfortable to leave the keys and to have all my things in the room. But I did it anyway, I left the key and texted to the owner. After my message to the owner, since I told him that I find it really not okay this kind of situation, they got offended and decided to not even repair the damage on the air conditioner. Opening the only window in the apartment was not even an option, otherwise you will find yourself with all kind of bugs + you can’t have a privacy if you open the window. Also in the description you can read that you are getting a welcoming cake and drink, nothing from that, this I am not taking as a fault, but why to have that written if you are not providing this. There is also written that there is a safety deposit box, but there is not.

The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Everything what you need is near. And the fact that in my situation, it was possible to check in earlier then 14 h.

the shower takes time to warm up, stays warm in the beginning and then cold down again.

the location is great, close to the old town, so it’s possible to do everything by walking. The studio is comfortable and clean.
