No breakfast included, location is good outside of town, quite a few steps to climb but feels good after a nice meal.

We really liked everything. The landlady was so helpful and nice, making sure we had clean towels and just checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The super markets are quite expensive and not very inspiring. My top tip (if you are a coffee drinker) would be to take a coffee press as the apartment did only have a kettle + we did struggle to find decent coffee.

The property was very clean and everything well kept. We had a lovely large terrace next to the pool area and it was amazing. The pool was a perfect size and the out door area overlooking the sea was amazing too. Spent a few early eves having a drink up there and had a bbq one eve. It’s a 10 min walk down a steep-ish hill to Cavtat with breathtaking views. Cavtat itself is so pretty with loads of restaurants and places to swim.

There is nothing not to like about this property!

This property is exceptionally clean and well kept. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size oven and fridge/ freezer. The pool area is amazing and has an added bonus of an outdoor cooking area. The property is in a lovely quiet area of Cavtat, within walking distance of the main town.

Superb option for enjoying Cavcat and surrounding areas. Spacious apartment but the real bonus was the pool and breakfast areas which were huge and felt 5 star with amazing views. Our hostess was just the best too!

I don't normally post reviews on places I have stayed in the past but for this place I am going to make an exception. Fantastic from start to finish. The apartments and pool area are like a 5 star hotel. It's not often that places are even better than the photos suggest. The owners go out of the way to make you feel at home and everything is spotlessly clean. A big thanks to Natasa for being so lovely. See you next year!

Well, it is at the top of a hill. But then if it wasn't there wouldn't be a view and I wouldn't have come back with the thighs of a mountain goat.

Beautiful views of the ocean, good sized balcony and a lovely pool. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Mini mart five minutes away, as is the bus stop for Cavtat Centre and Dubrovnik.

No working plug sockets near the mirror in the bedroom. The kitchen table was rickety . From a personal point of view, the pillows were too soft. Easy walk down to Cavtat Centre, but an absolute killer coming back up !!

Stayed in a one bedroom ground floor apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Swimming pool and areas were lovely. Comfy bed. Helpful hosts. They live on site, so meet you on arrival.

Everything was perfect, the host was amazingly friendly, flexible and took so good care of us. Apartment and its surroundings were clean, peaceful and had everything we needed from big pool to kitchen equipments. Our apartment was big enough for four and the sofa-bed was very comfortable to sleep. Apartment was near Cavtat centre and Dubrovnik was easily accesible by Uber, bus (bus stop was near the apartment) or by boat. The airport was only 10 mins drive away. We will definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Dubrovnik or its nearby areas.

The stay here really made our holiday, we had a lovely apartment that was big and had everything we needed. The balcony was big with table and chairs to have a meal at whilst watching the sunset. Not many apartments have pools but this did and it was lovely and clean and so welcomed with the weather being so hot! The host Natasha and her husband Pero were brilliant, so welcoming and happy, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Fresh watermelon brought to poolside... what more could you ask for from such wonderful hosts. I never do reviews but felt this one really deserved one, i will be returning next year for sure! Book it..... i promise you will not be disappointed.

We liked everything!

A beautiful house with a cool pool area and a nice views. We had a ground floor patio which was perfect for our 4 years old son. The apartment was very clean, with a comfy bed and pillows. AC worked well! There's a bus stop and a small market near the house - bus 10 goes to Dubrovnik and also you can take it other way when coming back from Cavtat marina - or if you want to burn those fried calamaris then just take a walk up the hill to the house. On the way there's a restaurant literally called BTW/By the way, and although it doesn't look like much from the outside, it's surprises you with a hearty home made meals for a less price and fuss + the perfect sunset views and friendly service. Sutalo apartment's host Natasa and her sons made us feel very welcomed and she was ready to help us with everything! If we will have a chance to visit beautiful Cavtat once again, will stay at Sutalo for sure.

The apartment we had was amazing, highly recommend to rent the top floor apartment with fantastic patio and sunset view. The entire complex is new and modern and beautiful with a great pool to lounge about. However, what makes this place really special are the hosts Pero and his family. Pero will do everything possible for you to enjoy your stay and is a great character that can recommend the best that Cavtat and the area have to offer. We had a great holiday thanks in particular to the. hospitality of Pero and his family. Highly recommend Apartments Sutalo and look forward to returning one day. Thanks again!

The property is situated on a hill up from the centre of Cavtat. Walking down into Cavtat is fine although walking back up the hill in high temperatures can be a challenge. Best to grab a large bottle of water and take your time, eating a delectable ice cream from the House of Ice cream along the way. The walk will burn the calories off so you can have two scoops guilt free 😊

We had the apartment on the ground floor which gave us easy access to the swimming pool. We had a covered terrace which was perfect for shade. All facilities are spotlessly clean. The host is very welcoming. The pool area feels very exclusive. We enjoyed watching the swifts swoop down from their nests to drink from the pool throughout the day.

The hill back from the town was fairly steep but would definitely not put me off staying again. 10 mins and your there.

Had such a lovely holiday in Croatia and having this place as a base just made it for us. The owners lovely and will do anything for you. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we could have wanted. The pool was amazing and was ideal having the ground floor apartment with young children ❤️ thank you so much!
