Beatiful beches , many of them flat

Dirthness, before unpacking lugguge, we had to clean appartment for 15 minutes at least , a real problem for us was an Air Conditioning unit , inside seems to be not cleaned for years , despite of 30 degrees C in room we afraided to start it on and breathe this air . Apartment belongs to Ministry of Tourism, so nobody care about the opinion

I like old school acomodation, luxury make me unplesent.

It was just one roll of toilet paper for 4 Nights, 2 adult and 1 child. . Beds are duble, to soft and unconfortable.

The bay, the sea, the nature - awesome.

We met the host only once during the check in. They didn't provide further information about the place, check out... There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and one plastic bag for rubbish. But we have similar experience with other apartments in Croatia so it wasn't a big surprise. On the other hand, the place was really great and miraculous. Quiet, surrounded by the nature, ideal for a family stay and relaxation.

Large comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows and duvets. Nice spacious balcony with garden furniture. Flexible check in times, owners are communicating quickly. All problems solved quickly. Some basic cutlery is in the kitchen, but every apartment has different things, so had to bring them back and forth. Large wardrobe but only couple of hangers available, definetely requires more. Dressing unit in bedroom large and spacious. Balcony in one of the apartments had a sunbathing bench. Drying rack provided.

First apartment was full of ants, we had to ask for another one. No shower curtains and bathroom floor is always wet. Floors were not swiped before we moved in. They do not store toilet paper or bin bags, you have to ask additionally for it. I have asked for a grill coupke of times, but they did not bring it during 6 days. Apartments need reparation, everything seems very outdated. Very small towels. Iron was leaking badly. Bad lighting, dark, and night lamp does not have bulb.

The apartament was comfortable and spacious. Nice view from the balcony. Everything was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Air conditioner leaked a little. We had to ask for towel replacement on our own after few days of stay, but they replace them immediately. Some people say that stairs to the beach are uncomfortable but we disagree. I stayed there with my 70-year-old mother and her 75-year-old brother and they did not complain. There is more than one lovely beach within 10min walk.

Duga Uvala is a Bay with appartment houses and hotel. There is no Village so you do not buy your kids ice cream or go for dinner. There is a big parking so beaches are full of People. Fortunately we knew about some beaches 15-30 min. from here we went every day by car. Also the loud aircondition is on the small balcony so when its on you can not speak there. On the balcony There is not a Light so this destination go sleep at 9.30... whole area was build moře than 30 years ago an it looks the same, no changes...

    Location is very nice.

The apartment was built in the late 80ies and it is on the same state and condition. It was good in the 80ies but not in 2023.

This is my second consecutive summer in the same apartment (apartment with a sea view - also booked a budget studio for my parents this time), kind and very understanding host; they will try to fix every little mishap that you could encounter in an apartment of this class, and the nearby beach is picturesque so I would love to go back there even next year! stayed on the same days of August, and the prices were 30% higher than what I've paid in 2021 (understandable as now Covid restrictions are off and inflation is high), but still, It's a great value for money if you travel with your own vehicle (as you are 30 mins drive away from most of the attractions in the Area) You will find everything you need to live here even for a month (all cooking stuff, extra sheets/towels.. good Open wifi for each apartment) Checkout is a breeze, they will allow late check-out every time when possible!

honestly, almost nothing.. otherwise I won't book the same place for 2nd year in a row :) You just have to understand what you are booking prior to your visit and what you are getting for the price you are paying. if someone wants to criticize there are little some annoying things that every other nonluxury 5* apartment has. (for example, my door lock was coming off, and the inside glass door was not locking at all - but there was the wooden door outside so it was fine, and they even sent a nice handyman the next day to tighten the handle)
