Reviews of Apt Ljupka - Zadar - with private free parking

We loved everything about it, from the friendly owner and the quality of the place, to the surprise of the abundance of sweets and groceries available at an affordable price. The location is quiet, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. We highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was fully stocked, from coffee to various snacks. A fantastic choice, located very close to Zagreb’s Old Town, in a beautiful building. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The hostess was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. 10+

Our stay was just perfect! Lubica is a perfect host who is taking so much care of the guests comfort starting from the complementary welcome drinks and snacks but also in all tiny details - you will find absolutely all you need in the kitchen (all kitchenware and everything you need for cleaning) in the bathroom, the appartment is fully equipped even for long stays. Clean, comfortable, cosy, well air conditioned in both rooms, easy no key access. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the old city and about 12-15 minutes nice walk to the beach. Spar supermarket and fresh food, fish and meat markets are located just 5 minutes walking distance. We were happy to stay in this part of the city as it is absolutely quiet, no road sounds and no crowds, but still an easy access to everything. Hightly recommended for a quality leisure time.

This is definitely the best equipped air bnb/apartment that I’ve ever lived at. This includes all over the US and Europe. No one has kept literally everything that a person needs to live somewhere other than Ljubica. She has everything under the sun that you can think of including food to cook a meal, toiletries, first aid supplies, kitchen supplies, appliances, utensils. You name it and the apartment has it. She even kept a basket full of packaged snacks and food for us, including vegan options. This was a huge plus since she accounted for different diets. The apartment itself is modern, clean, nicely furnished and equipped. It’s located in a new apartment building a short walk from the old town entrance (since you can cut through a yellow gate and walk across the bridge). One plus point is that the washer was located in the unit itself so we could easily do laundry and dry our clothes in the balcony, which is also nicely done up to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. Like most apartments in Croatia, they have a water heater in the bathroom for hot water but it’s large enough so that we don’t run out of hot water (again a huge plus point compared to other apartments). This apartment is the perfect option for anyone wanting to see a real Croatian coastal city like Zadar, apart from the touristy hot spots like Dubrovnik and Split. It gives a good vibe and a feel of the real Croatian coastal city life. Ljubica is very accommodating and allowed us additional time to checkout as well. I would highly recommend it to American tourists since it’s so well equipped and Ljubica speaks English very well, is organized and communicative and most importantly has the best equipped apartment.

A few minor cosmetic and detailing issues that can be improved- shower stall, microwave and cooking range hood can be cleaned/detailed better. The flooring is a beautiful light brown color hardwood flooring but due to the nature of the flooring, it’s scratched in many places. While this is totally cosmetic, it takes away some of the charm of the decor which is very tasteful. I would also recommend a sofa cover to give the sofa a newer feel. Other than these minor cosmetic issues, the apartment is great value for money and perfect for Zadar.

Impeccable stay! Ljupka was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is exactly like the photos: clean, organized, well-equipped, and quiet. She goes above and beyond what’s promised in the listing — items in the fridge, snacks, bathroom supplies — everything was perfect. It’s a pleasant walk to the Old Town. 10/10, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zadar.

We would give 10/5 stars for this apartment. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We arrived on Sunday when everything was closed, the host was really thoughtful, she fully stocked up all the things we might need ^^. It's also quite close to the old town . Really highly recommend this place for whom to look for a place to stay in Zadar.

Very clean. The host thought of absolutely everything we could need. We could find literally everything that you could need in a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The best accommodation of my life.

The apartment was exactly as advertised plus some - including the warm and efficient welcome. The parking, access and location were fantastic. We parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean and probably one of the best equipped apartments we have stayed in - right down to the welcome snacks. The restaurant recommendations we were given were excellent. The whole experience made Zadar a highlight of our trip.

This was our second time staying at Apartment Ljupka and once again we had a wonderful time. The apartment is a short walk from the historic centre of Zadar and is so well equipped. The host has really thought of everything. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has gated private parking and a spacious balcony. Highly recommended.

Our host was amazing. Gave very clear instructions how to get to and enter the apartment, was incredibly prompt with her responses, and gave some great restaurant text. Having an allotted and secure parking bay was also fantastic, with the apartment just outside of the old town. The apartment itself was perfect. Very neat, well decorated and spacious, with a washing machine. Out of the numerous accomodations we have stayed in, this one had THE MOST amenities we have ever had. So generous with bathroom amenities, as well as welcoming drinks and snacks. We really felt that a lot of love and thought was put into this apartment. We were so glad we came to Zadar, and would highly recommend this apartment. Also glad we were able to meet our host at checkout to hand over the parking keycard, to personally say thank you.

The location was fantastic and a short walk to all the sites in Zadar! There were many restaurants and stores close by and the apartment itself was spacious and felt like home.

We loved this apartment. Its modern, so clean and really well situated, easy to walk into the old town. Ljubica is so lovely, she really wants her guests to have the best time, and has added so many lovely details for comfort. 100% recommend staying here

It was a new apartment in a new building. Very cozy, comfortable and modern. The host was amazing. Truly a nice, genuine and informative person. Everything we needed - it was there. Super nice terrace! Modern and well furnished apartment. The host has left some treats and snacks for breakfast as well. Perfect stay! Recommend it!

Firstly, Ljubica is such a fantastic host. She met us and answered all our questions. Ljubica also provided us with cold drinks, snacks and sweets. It was a wonderful surprise upon check-in. Also she sent us restaurant recommendations list and they were all great. So we'd like to thank Ljubica for her tremendous hospitality. She was in touch all week and answered all our questions very promptly. The apartment has everything you need: a lot of different dishes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hair dryer, umbrellas, even a hair straightener. A large balcony where it is nice to spend time with a glass of wine. Each room has an air conditioner. There are all necessary accessories: shampoo, toothpaste and much more. Excellent Wi-Fi. We made business calls without any problems. 5-10 minutes to the old town and the boat pier. The apartment is in a new building, has its own parking place. I highly recommend Ljubica and her apartment!

During our one month trip, we visited 8 cities in four countries, and this apartment, together with all the amenities, was absolutely superb. The location, free parking, and security are outstanding 👌 We felt like home away from home. We highly recommend Apt Ljupka !
