The bed was not very comfortable, and the room was warm even after turning down the thermostat in the room.

Location of the hotel was perfect for us. We wanted to be by the beach. The beach was just outside our front door of our hotel with very easy access. Our view of the ocean was very good from our deck.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are all very helpful. We had a rented car so it was easy to get around. The hotel offers parking too.

I could not fault a single thing!

Everything was simply perfect. The reception staff, the location, the breakfast and the ladies in the breakfast room, the location, the friendly housekeeping staff, Restaurant Jure, the beach right outside the door, beautiful, modern and clean rooms, the view, the airport transfers that were organised for us and of course the resident cat Sima!

The Aria Hotel in Split is a beautiful, modern property, just one year old, with elegant furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a genuine sense of home. With only 25 rooms, the hotel offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for those who prefer a quieter stay. Breakfast comes with a smaller selection, but the food is fresh, flavorful, and of excellent quality. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Perfectly located right on the beach, the hotel provides easy access to the sea while remaining a relaxing retreat close to the city’s attractions.

I strongly commend the work of the hotel staff: all of the staff are very friendly and helpful! As far as the hotel amenities are concerned, the hotel is new and very modern! The shower cabin with a clear glass is a special plus for the room! And also, we were very pleased to have Rituals cosmetic products in the room!

Airconditioning setting - our room was very warm upon arrival/check-in and only cooled early evening.

Fabulous boutique hotel with sea view and private beach situated on the Podstrana promenade. Our room was lovely, comfortable bed, quality decor and attention to detail. The sea and island view from our balcony was exceptional, especially at sunset. On site paid parking is a bonus. The beachfront terrace and June restaurant are very good. Breakfast is varied and abundant. The Staff are very friendly and happy to share local Split experiences and travel tips. Nice location to have a relaxing few days and break from the busyness of Split. We will definitely visit again.

Nothing. Hotel Aria is wonderful.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, from the minute we walked in we were made to feel so welcomed. The staff are phenomenal, I have never met people so brilliant at their jobs. They were so friendly, helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set right on a gorgeous beach. The rooms are big and spotless. Great shower. They have a safe, kettle, toiletries, balcony everything you need for a great stay. The bus stops for Split and Omis are right outside the hotel. There are restaurants along the promenade and supermarkets across the road which you can access through a tunnel under the road. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Podstrana area. Hotel Aria is ten out of ten. Brilliant. The best place we have ever stayed.

The staff were so attentive and so kind. We arrived early and were informed our room was ready well before check in! The staff member who greeted us on arrival was so personable and congratulated us on our anniversary with a gift. The room was neat and tidy, with the most incredible view of the ocean. Breakfast was plentiful and a huge range of options! Great restaurant down stairs making everything you need right there at the hotel! Special mention to the resident cat whom we fell in love with! Could not recommend this accommodation any more! Would stay again with no hesitations. The staff at this hotel are the best we have experienced during our month of travel!

It is easily the best hotel outside of Split. Loved the beach and the breakfast. Staff goes above and beyond and explained how to get the bus and even offered to pack up our breakfast so we could take it to the airport. Beautiful views and very upscale finishings, loved our stay

I can't praise this hotel and its entire team enough. This is the best location every, directly by the sea. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. All employees are wonderful and helpful. Bonus points for the adorable cat that lives on the property!

Lovely light and airy hotel right by the beach. The staff were all so friendly which made a real difference. Great comfy beds and morning coffee with a view. The food at the restaurant is great too. We enjoyed our two days of relaxation.
