The hotel was in a really lovely peaceful location. There is a bus stop across the road, but we chose to walk into town through the park which took us about 25 minutes. (Bit harder on the way back after food and drinks - but it was a good work out.) We did have a couple of issues with our room on arrival but the management dealt with it straight away. I cannot fault their customer service. We were very kindly upgraded and were very grateful and appreciated how accommodating they were to ensure we had a comfortable stay. All the staff were polite and helpful and it was a pleasure to talk to them. Breakfast was delicious and had a really good variety. I loved the scrambled eggs and sent my complements to the chef. They have a lovely seating area in reception and we loved the ambiance in the breakfast room. We would definitely return to the same hotel when we return to Zagreb. We would not stay anywhere else due to the peaceful location, the staff and the ambiance of the hotel.

Facility appears to need serious upgrade such as new carpets to start with. Wifi was horrible.

Very professional and kind staff. Located in a quiet area of Zagreb, about a 20-minute walk to the city center. Surrounded by green and having birds singing to wake you up in the morning is definitely something I may consider as an argument to return here.

I would suggest an electric kettle for the rooms, it would make life comfortable. And maybe update a bit the breakfast, some additional sort of cheese, ham etc. would be great. Bit still, 10/10 for the total! :)

The rooms could really do with smart TV’s. Tea and coffee making facilities would also be appreciated as when you’re on a relaxing weekend break it’s nice to have a cuppa in bed.

Carrier HVAC thermostat in the room was not working and we can't regulate the temperature.

The hotel feels a bit stuck in time—the decor is dated and could use a refresh. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, but a modern update would make it even better.

Located on the outskirts of the city, just a 20-minute walk to the center, yet still nestled by a lovely park. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. We stayed in a suite, and the large bathroom, complete with a bath, was a highlight—my wife especially enjoyed it. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of continental options. Free parking was an added bonus, making it convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, a great balance of tranquility and convenience.
