Need car for beach, but parking on the beach is free.

Everything that we needed for two night very clean and comfortable room. We were lucky there were one parking space for us, because we didn't reserve it. Parking is additional coast. Breakfast is basic, good coffe. Very wellcoming staff.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! The place was spotlessly clean and had a really nice atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Such a quiet and peaceful location – it truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. All renovated and very clean! Included breakfast was good! Included parking! The owner was awesome and made sure we were all set and kept an eye out for our return from the restaurant. It’s a good thing because we had left the code innour room for the main door!!

Fantastic place to stay - Ladies from person very nice, helpful and open to share local attractions like Boat trip tiwht the Dolhins. Place very clean, modern, rooms and bathroom also clean and fresh. In fron of the building Bus Stop with direct connection to the town. Breakfast very tasty with many option to choose. We booked one night but decided to stay one more longer because of the Personel care and atmosphere inside that place.

A small detail - The front door to the flat needed to be banged shut in order to close as the lock did not work well.. Luckily there were no other residents but it would have been extremely annoying for them otherwise!

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. It was very spacious and well furnished. It even had a washing machine. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was quite well equipped. The large , covered corner balcony was great. Up on top of a hill in Stinjan you are away from the noise and crowds of Pula and this place is a very peaceful retreat. There's a couple of totally unspoilt beaches down the road. The hotel is actually two buildings with private parking and a breakfast terrace area in the middle, also nice planting. A very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfasts were available at a modest cost with good pastries, fruit etc. All staff were very nice. We would definitely return. It was a great base to explore the area though a car is needed.
