Very good location in old town. Good value, very comfy bed.

Wifi poor- extender in room but was always on red. Toilet space cramped. Hard to find initially needs better signposting . We worked it out but not without unnecessary effort.

Right in the city walls was a cool experience. Central and very quiet. Lovely staff

Excellent location and value for money

Air con worked a treat, fridge was super cold. Bed comfy, towels provided. This is a guesthouse with 3 private locking rooms, I think maybe the owner lives in the property too as there was a door closed at all times with a TV on low. There is a bathroom for shares use between the rooms. Easy to find property, easy to check in.

Some plug sockets did not work in the room, bathroom cold tap did not work.

The location was perfect and close to everything we needed.

There was too much smell Of cigarettes and smoke all day and all night. I smoke too but never inside the house, i’m not used to live with this smell. Every morning that i woke up i was close to vomit. The room was really nice, but dirty… the bathroom too. I am sorry to say that but the only thing that i liked was the position.

Location is amazing!

It was an old man living in the same property and floor, and as two young girls it was a bit uncomfortable as he was staring at us a lot when checking in and came out and checked when we left the building and so on. I would not want to live here alone as a girl, just a heads up about that.

Friendly staff, room was clean and well equipped. Location is perfect right in the centre of Split but quiet at night so you can have a good sleep! Shared bathroom was clean and plenty towels available!

Not the cleanest FYI: it’s a room located inside of people‘s apartment The apartment smells a lot like cigarettes, the room does not but the towels did, so I used my own

Location is perfect, in the middle of old town. 1 min walk to the palace. The host is very nice and gives you the privacy. There is a little black dog, very cute. comfy bed.

not sound proved, so it’s quite loud from the street. No curtain in the windows. not much amenities, sometimes smell smoke from cigarettes. Check in was a bit hard.

This is a great room in a wonderful location of Split's old town. We stayed in room #3 which is the room in the main photo with the large bed, and we would recommend requesting this room. It was a bigger room than we expected, and we think the other two rooms are smaller. The view of the bell tower was stunning. The location in the old town is perfect and easy to get to. We were able to leave our bags before check-in. While the bathroom is communal, we rarely had to wait for it to be available. The shower was good and high pressured. It did feel a bit like we were staying in someone's apartment - it seemed like the people who manage the property were living in a different part of the apartment - but it wasn't weird and we never saw them after checking in. It is located up 3 or 4 flights of stairs, though we were fine with it. There is also a nice coffee shop just across from the building.

The main room when you walk in the front door smells like cigarettes. This smell did not make its way into our room, so it really wasn't an issue.

It was a very nice room with a beautiful view of the bell tower, in an amazing location! Very clean and confortable while being great value for money! 100% recommend! We didnt use it, but they offer to keep the bags before and after check in which is very helpful !

we had a bit of confusion for check-in, but it was my fault for putting 3:00 (am) instead of 15:00 ( Sorry!) Once that was sorted out, checkin was a breeze and all was perfect! oh- I think the listing said 2 beds, but it was a double. Which we were ok with.

The host was so kind, we arrived on Easter and she shared with us some food, everything was perfect

Location was the best. And they saved our luggage for free when we did checkout. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful.
