The appartement is super well located! We really enjoyed the location !! Close to everything you need in split. We would definitely book the apartment again

Amenities like tea, coffee, water were missing. The bathroom needs some small renovation.

Perfect location in the centre of the city. Everything is nearby(cafes, hotels, site seeing locations,guided tours starting points) just like 5-10 mins of walking. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen also had all the basic required utensils. Host was very kind and helpful, as we had arrived early and requested to have early check in, without any hesitation he made the apartment available to us before our actual check in time. Overall I can say great accommodation for 3 person( family of 3 or 3 adults). Highly recommended.

Excellent location and value for the money. The apartment is really nice and has everything you need. The service is really good, Mislav our host was great.

The location is excellent. We didn't rent a car, so it was just amazing. I wouldn't recommend if you have a car because it is inside the old town.

The entrance of the building is bit run down (old and kind of dirty). The apartment, however, was very clean and new. We usually choose apartments when we travel because we cook. It was not very easy to cook there as there weren't many appliances and the kitchen is just a small counter on the corner of the living room.

Smaller than expected

The property location is central. Every important landmark is easily accessible. There are lots of famous restaurants nearby. The Riva (main promenade) can be reached within 5 mins by walking.

The bathroom could have been a little more spacious. There was no shower gel in the soap container of the bathroom. There were no mirrors in the apartment other than the one over the bathroom sink. This made getting ready quickly a little difficult. The neighbourhood is touristy hence a little loud even late at night. The building cannot be reached by a taxi. One needs to walk for 2 mins to reach it from the bus or taxi stand. But it's location also ensures that you are in the middle of things.

Location was right in the centre of Split. Beautiful apartment- brand new furnishings. . Lovely and clean. Host Tomo was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.. Sorted our transfers out from airport and made our 5 night stay fantastic. We will probably come back to Split & would 100% book here again!

Nothing at all.

Our host Zrinka was 10/10, great commutation all throughout our trip and was very quick to reply to messages. She also provided us information on where to get essentials such as SIM cards etc. Regarding the property itself, the location is second to non! All major attractions, restaurants, bars, beaches etc are minutes away by walking. A very homely and cosy apartment, nice for a small family/couples. I would highly recommend Casa Matošića Apartments to anyone visiting Split!

There was nothing we didn't like but it would be a bit easier for us if they provided 2 sets of keys.

It is a comfortable apartment at a great location, directly in the historic center of the city and close to promenade. It is at a walking distance to many of the beaches (less than 30 minutes) and main bus station. The blinds can be closed fully so that no sun light comes in, if you want that. It had a coffee machine with coffee pads included. There are bakeries and super markets nearby. The stonewalls are charming.

The TV screen was small and the kitchen did not have some basic stuff like a wooden spoon, sauce spoon or a cutting board. There is no AC on the bedroom, so we had to use the AC on the living room to cool the whole apartment. The space on the showerbox is small, so it is a bit uncomfortable to shower. We missed a rack for drying clothes and towers.

Good location in terms of proximity to the esplanade, but very noisy apartment.

Reception to building not clean; shower didn't drain ; "sofa bed" was just the couch which didn't pull out into a bed.
