Since room is located on ground flour, it's a bit dark and bathroom is a bit dampy.

Good communication. Great location. Room is nice with comfortable bad. It's well equipt. There are also beach towels available.

Being at ground floor you hear every step from the apartment above you and the main door. Recommend to bring ear plugs in case the other guests are coming back late.

Very nice accomodation close to Split City Center. The host was also very friendly and offered a lot of information. The room itself is very small but we knew that already from the pictures. Equipment was all good.

My only two small issues were that the blue light on the boiler was really bright at night - shining though the bathroom door - so maybe some tape could be used to reduce this? We also found that for two people there wasn't enough storage with drawers filled with cutlery & bowls, which was a little strange because the room had no kitchen.

Beautifully decorated, very good communication from the host, who also allowed us an extra 30 mins of check out time. There was good security with a key lock box meaning you didnt need to take the keys out with you & you could self check in. Good wifi & aircon, Comfy beds & a great location with everything close by.

The location is excellent- very close to old town/ ferry. Clean and well organised.

Everything. Brilliant communication, perfect location, the apartment was very well decorated and the beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful!

A lot of steep stairs. Not a problem for me, just as information as the duplex wouldn't be suitable for older people or small kids. WiFi didn't really work, but had good mobile reception so no issue.

Excellent location in walking distance to the old town, beaches, the ferry port and airport shuttle bus. Bakery and grocery shops are just around the corner. Very nice host, communication was great. From beach towels to teabags everything is provided. Apartment is bright and modern with a quirky touch For the duplex: Toilet and shower are separate rooms and upstairs where the bed is. Would recommend to anyone who wants proximity to the old town but the vibe of an old residential area.

The duplex apartment Was very clean well equipped Nicely decorated Tea /coffee had a welcome tray with biscuits Toiletries supplied Maid service Was fantastic Host Berti checked out arrival and came to meet us keep contact if we needed anything was a total fantastic experience and place to stay

Great location, close to Old Town, ferries and buses and for my needs was 👍. Host was very good at communicating and meet us at the property, he was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, but the stairs up to the bedroom are steep and wouldn’t suit everyone. No problem for us though!

Very well designed, great facilities and comfortable. Excellent location close to the old town. We were warmly greeted on our arrival.

Incredible location very close to the centre of town. Excellent value, and Berti was an amazing host. Waited for us to check in late after our flight was delayed and offered some excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat while in Split.

duplex , flat 3, wifi was poor. things wouldn't load even though there was a booster. had to sit on stairs in the middle of appartments, outside flat 2 to get wifi at times. this was only downside to the appartment.

so well equipped. host was friendly and welcoming. good location for old town, ferry port and buses. wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Bertie has thought of everything. beach towels and cosy throws on the sofa. thankyou so much.

The stairs are a little tricky on arrival BUT host helped carry bags and once in the room this is not a problem. I mention this for info only and it should not be seen as a negative.

Superb location. Good comms from host prior to arrival. Nice to meet host on arrival who helped with bags, explained apartment facilities and made recommendations. Lots of useful stuff in the room e.g. fridge, kettle, pan & brush, clothes airier, hair dryer etc Bakery/ coffee shop nearby. Supermarket nearby.Comfy beds. Excellent shower.

Great location easy walking distance to the bus station, port and old town Room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. Berti was very helpful giving us lots of helpful info

I think there was an issue with our oven - I tried all the settings and couldn’t get it hot enough for cooking. Could be user error though, it wasn’t worth making a fuss over
