We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaDefinitely not a deal breaker for us but for anyone who relies on strong water pressure in the shower than this might not be for you. Also, given the shape of the roof in the shower area, it’s challenging to stand up and use the shower. My partner, who is over 6 ft tall, really struggled with this and ended up sitting down in the bath tub
Excellent location in the center of Hvar, air con was great and worked well, bed and pillows were clean and comfy, fantastic response and service from the host.

United Arab EmiratesThe narrow stairs leading up to the apartment. The entrance is at the restaurant, you will zig zac through the dinners to reach the entrance. No shower curtain, the shower is the bath tub. The fridge should stand on a small table perhaps. The room feels smaller than the pictures.
The location is very close to the Hvar ferry port. The view from the apartment is stunning, especially in the evening with all the yachts. Close to bars/restaurants/cafes. Got an early check in from the owner. Info left in the room is very helpful. Nice decorated room. Great AC. Wonderful beds... Very cute

It’s smack bang right in the center of it all. Walking distance to everything and basically right in front of the ferry terminal. We were able to check in early so that was nice.

KuwaitThe room is in a house that is also a restaurant. To enter the property you have to walk between the tables where people are seated to eat. The door is very small, and everyone at the restaurant seated outdoors watches you leave and enter the house.

SwitzerlandThe shower is awful.. you can't even stand properly and there is no curtain so guaranteed to flood everywhere. Access is on second floor thorough narrow stairs.. and the manager from the restaurant is extremely rude. Woke us up at 10.15 banging on the door and screaming.. we moved to a much nicer hotel a few alleys around for the same price.
The location is very good, next to the port, restaurants, water taxis, bars etc.. the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. the actual view is on a palmier, not the views of the sea that are showed (taken with a selfie stick bending on the window.. maybe?).
