Very spacious apartment and we loved Nikola so much ! She was very accomodating and kind. Is perfect for a relaxed stay and close to a really nice beach. Beautiful view as well.

The host was so nice! The room was clean and perfect to enjoy some days in Hvar. It is located near 2 supermakets and 10-15 minutes walking from the center. We would totally recommend it! The bathrooms and kitchen were also always clean and she lent us towels for the beach and others for the shower which was very convenient. Also, we arrived a couple of hours before the check in time and she gave us the room earlier. And we had to leave in the afternoon so we left our luggage there too. Very nice stay :)

It could be noisy at night, depending who your neighbours are during the stay. The utensils of the kitchen seem worn off, the cleanliness can be improved.

We booked a room with a balcony, the size of the room is perfect for two. The host was really nice and friendly, always reachable when we needed something. The apartment has a big shared kitchen, but the other guests rarely used it, so we had it only for ourselves most of the time :-) Location is 13 minutes walk to the center/port, supermarkets are 3 minutes walk.

Some aspects of the cleanliness could be improved. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was broken. The bedside cabinet was a bit dusty, and the furniture seemed a little worn. While the house isn’t far from the city center, the uphill walk is quite steep. Since there is no Uber available, we took a local taxi which charged €20 for a ride of less than 5 minutes (this seems to be the standard fare). Also, although there were only two towels provided for three people, I believe the host would have gladly given us an extra one if we had asked — we just decided to manage with what we had. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this accommodation for the amazing view, the space, and the kindness of the host!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The view from the house is absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights. The place is very spacious, peaceful, and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the house cool and comfortable throughout. The host was very kind and welcoming, especially the sweet little girl who greeted us with a big smile.

I think the cleaning part need to improve. Because there are two bathrooms, but they were always wet. Maybe a suggestion is leave a Mop and this way people can at least dry their mess. Also that the bathroom be washed every day.

I think the place is managed by a family, so their child is always around. She is so kind, polite and even that she just speak a little bit of English, she always want to help. She even walked me to the closest market. Really cute child!

The place hadn t been properly cleaned before we went there, as there was smelly trash still in the kitchen. The room has the main? building water heater which no one informed us about, so we had random people at our door late at night asking us to turn the heater back on, as the switch looks like a lights switch and we accidentally turned it off. There was a washing machine right outside our door, being in function all day and most of the evening which was very very noisy. The apt itself is quite noisy, as you can easily hear everyone on the street and in the building. If having mobility issues, take into account the path to reach the apt involves a steep climb from the city and lots of stairs. The bathroom didn't have any toiletries.

The apt was spacious, with lots of storage space, beautiful view balcony and a spacious bathroom. The host was kind and personable, accommodating our early check in need and being ready to help. Good AC, which is great for Hvar during summer. If you are able to go past the noise, this venue is a great deal for the money.
