Don't like that booking.com doesn't allow a letter on the number of accommodation, it should have been 4a not 4, this created a problem for us, thankfully a kind person helped us out.

Great location, and very comfortable apartment. There's a large public parking in front, so coming by car is not a problem. The beds are extremely comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for a few days' stay.

The location so great - relatively close to the old town (10 - 15 min walk), close to a supermarket yet still in a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was also a washing machine. The beds were comfy as well. We received clear instructions of how to enter the apartment.

A neighbor or person in the building had vomited on the stairs - and no one cleaned it up...this was super close to our front door. The apt also faces a major street - sometimes you can hear the noise from outside - but nothing "not normal"

Marin is a GREAT owner - he met us to show us everything in the apartment and made himself available if we had any questions. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to Old Town and to the shopping in the city center.

The location is very good. Close to the mini beach and the old town. I enjoyed the sunset at the mini beach which is a few minutes walk away.

To block the noise from the street, we had to close the windows at night. It worked perfectly and we slept well. However for people who need fresh air at night this may be a problem. A microwave might be more handy than an oven.

It can’t be helped but it is on a busy road, we had 3.30am drunk singing outside the apartment on a Wednesday. Bring some earplugs and it shouldn’t be a problem. The apartment is not worth missing out on because of the road.

Very clean, really nice apartment with spacious bedrooms. Extra things like tea, coffee, hair dryer, shampoo etc available if you’ve missed anything. So close to the town centre, 10 minute walk down the waterfront. 6 minute walk to a lovely beach.

The street is a bit noisy.

It is a cozy apartment, which is in very good shape. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and clean. Very close to the old town and the Kolovare beach. There are two bakeries around the corner and a 24h ATM. Marin was a nice host. Check-in and out went smoothly.

The street is a bit noisy at night and the double bed kind of sinks at the edges and the bathroom setup is a bit uncomfortable, there is a floating shelf above the sink that makes washing the face a bit tricky.

The apartment is confortable, spacious and perfect for a few days in Zadar. The owner allowed us to leave luggages early in the morning and was very supportive. It was a great stay, we really liked the main bedroom with closet and sofa.

Very helpful host made us feel welcome. Host sorted out a problem of my own making without fuss. Well furnished, very comfortable and spacious, plenty of storage. We were very happy to be there. Kitchen was small but equipped better than many other holiday apartments having an oven and full size hob. Windows are well shaded and the apt remains cool even in hot weather. Excellent bakeries nearby, several small supermarkets within 5 mins walk, interspar hypermarket is 10 mins walk. 2 mins walk to marina, about 10 mins to the old town. Thoroughly well recommended this apartment.

Great location in the centrum and near old town. Bus stop on the othr side of the road. Everything was clean and functional. Good beds and space. The owner was nice and polite.
