All the imperfections in the room and bathroom were covered with stickers and when we just entered the room there was a big white stain on the sofa, but we informed the reception and they removed it immediately

Air con wasn’t great in the room. The beach right by the hotel wasn’t the best but there were some nicer ones if you went for a little walk.

Clean, pools were nice, staff friendly, good sized room, free use of bikes, food was excellent and varied each evening.

There is still some tiny detail that could be improved. The thing I felt that it wasn’t match to a 4 stars hotel quality: 1.the toilet seat / lid and the flush bottom from the public toilet 2. the hair dryer (you need to keep press the bottom, so that the air come out that kind of hair dryer..) 3. indoor soft playground is a bit dark. A bit more of light will be great.

We had a wonderful stay! Our family room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for the four of us. Every day, the hotel surprised us with fun activities for both adults and kids — boredom was impossible! The sandy beach right in front was ideal for our little ones, while the nearby stone beaches offered something different for a change. The food was simply amazing — fresh seafood every day, a vibrant salad bar, irresistible desserts, and even the snack bar that between meal never disappointed. The sauna area is definitely worth a visit. What truly made our trip special was the staffs — warm, friendly, and always ready to help.

The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The constant noise, emanating from all areas except the sauna, made it impossible to find a quiet spot on the beach or by the pool. The high season brought loud music, animations, and many small children. This location is likely not suitable for those seeking any degree of privacy.

The food was great, and the sauna area with its regular rituals was a delightful experience. There was also plenty of entertainment for children, and the staff were nice.

Room to small and no balcony. Low level of cocktails choice. No frape ice coffee you need to learn your staff how to blend ice with coffee and and Irish cream in for extra taste.

Location fabulous next to the sea food swimming pools and fitness facilities. Food was good we really enjoyed the stay. Room could have been better no balcony to dry clothes not a good situation for a worm country. The room was a little small for 4 people but we spent very little time in the room which was good. Food was fantastic. Better choice of cocktails would be nice a nice touch as the box standard cocktails options you have in the all inclusive is not the best option for everyone. My overall rate for this booking is a 8 to 9 out of 10.

WiFi was not as good as hoped. One complaint is that bottled water was not included in the all inclusive package which was a surprise and you had to pay €3 for a small bottle. I think they should change that policy

We had a room with sofa bed instead of bunkbeds and it was very uncomfortable. Our AC wasn't working, they had someone come fix it and then it kept leaking on the floor. The first night we were trying to go to the beach area that you need your card for and the gate in and out and it was broken.

1. Room - was stinky 😞 and smoll. Between table (desk) and bed was hard to come throught. In 4 stars hotel rooms should be biger! 2. Alkohol! - drinks where made from machine - bad quality. Even coca cola where not orginal! If you want to drink orginal one you have to pay extra like 3-4 euro. 3. Food was ok But In hotel like that it should be wider choiche of product. Only few dishes. 4. Beach - ugly 😞

We couldn’t get our child away from the screen-based games in the central area, and some of the games even scared him.

Our room was a bit disappointing, air conditioner don’t work the first night. Shower flooded the bathroom each time, the beds and pillows weren’t comfortable.

There was a problem with hot water. It's not a problem that there was a problem, but rather lack of information to me as guest. I expect higher standars of such hotel. No electeic kettle in the room. No weight scale. Also, shower is more for hotel with 2 stars, then 5.

Food is 10 out of 10, above and beyond! Room was very good I can't say, just there were little things that need fixing so 8 out of 10. Pool is very clean, I must say, so 10 out of 10.

The rooms were a little cheap feeling: we came off season so I felt the value for what we paid was ok. But had I paid the regular price I might have been disappointed. We had to slam the hotel room dort for it to stay shut. The maids left it open twice bc it doesn’t latch easily. The plugs come out of the wall when you pull them. Just little things like that. It was very clean and we were comfortable enough: the sofa bed is a little hard but my 7 year old was ok on its There were some inaccuracies on Booking. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Also the spa is nudist. So, that was a deal breaker for me and my kids. The food was good. But it was standard hotel buffet food.

The location is beautiful! It’s convenient with kids. My kids loved the heated pool and playground. The staff was friendly.

1) extra bed for kids was very hard 2) the pool could be cleaner - there was some mold between tiles andfloating around - the waterslide was not working 3) the rooms are a bit run down, mold in the shower, locks that don't close. 4) the drinks are all generic brands, no aperol or things like that, the Hugo was good and I liked the white wine, though at dinner it was often warm. 5) the snack options were very limited, though we hardly had time between meals to enjoy. 6) children activities were very limited and hardly kept out 9 year old busy - eg. The escape room activity lasted 15 min.

Liked the overall atmosfere and simplicity, liked the food in hotel restaurant, all inclusive offering, value for money, room size, terrace with sea view, position by the beach, simple use of spa, ... Disliked odor in the room, we were in older part of hotel, it smelld like moist or mold. Room doors could not be properly shut. Lack of electric plugs in room.

Overpriced, not a quality as expexted, average breakfast, nothing special for this price. Should be one star below declated stars. No tea/coffee in a room. In Spa there are locals too, making a lot of noise and without spa culture. Will not come again.

Parking. Meals with good drink selection offer. Spa is almost OK, but unpleasant locals came as external guests as well, disturbing other people.
