How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

All the imperfections in the room and bathroom were covered with stickers and when we just entered the room there was a big white stain on the sofa, but we informed the reception and they removed it immediately

Verified reviewClean, pools were nice, staff friendly, good sized room, free use of bikes, food was excellent and varied each evening.
Air con wasn’t great in the room. The beach right by the hotel wasn’t the best but there were some nicer ones if you went for a little walk.

Quality of food wasn't great, lack of entertainment, lack of music in the evening, lack of lighting outside in the evening and very short staffed when trying to get drinks!

Verified reviewWe had a wonderful stay! Our family room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for the four of us. Every day, the hotel surprised us with fun activities for both adults and kids — boredom was impossible! The sandy beach right in front was ideal for our little ones, while the nearby stone beaches offered something different for a change. The food was simply amazing — fresh seafood every day, a vibrant salad bar, irresistible desserts, and even the snack bar that between meal never disappointed. The sauna area is definitely worth a visit. What truly made our trip special was the staffs — warm, friendly, and always ready to help.
There is still some tiny detail that could be improved. The thing I felt that it wasn’t match to a 4 stars hotel quality: 1.the toilet seat / lid and the flush bottom from the public toilet 2. the hair dryer (you need to keep press the bottom, so that the air come out that kind of hair dryer..) 3. indoor soft playground is a bit dark. A bit more of light will be great.

The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The constant noise, emanating from all areas except the sauna, made it impossible to find a quiet spot on the beach or by the pool. The high season brought loud music, animations, and many small children. This location is likely not suitable for those seeking any degree of privacy.

Verified reviewThe nice bar that was always quiet! The evening meals were very good in all inclusive as were the snacks and lunch. Concierge was good. The rooms were basic but fine. Loads of space for sun beds which was nice.
Breakfast we didn’t enjoy as much. The beach nearby - the sea smelt and we didn’t want to go in it which was a real shame. It wasn’t for us with teens- it’s very much geared for young kids which we didn’t realise. This meant lots of them running about and loads of noise around the pool table which is the one thing the teens wanted to use, but even that wasn’t a good one and the cues were broken!

Verified reviewLocation fabulous next to the sea food swimming pools and fitness facilities. Food was good we really enjoyed the stay. Room could have been better no balcony to dry clothes not a good situation for a worm country. The room was a little small for 4 people but we spent very little time in the room which was good. Food was fantastic. Better choice of cocktails would be nice a nice touch as the box standard cocktails options you have in the all inclusive is not the best option for everyone. My overall rate for this booking is a 8 to 9 out of 10.
Room to small and no balcony. Low level of cocktails choice. No frape ice coffee you need to learn your staff how to blend ice with coffee and and Irish cream in for extra taste.

The hotel is not at all as seen on the pictures. It is a bit outdated and worn out overall. The quality of the food served is not good. So many, so many things are bad here, except the staff. They are amazing.

The hotel for this price doesn ‘t match the quality, it has it’s best years behind. The AC was not reliable, started to do weird sounds during night, and it was quite humid in the room. It is very big hotel, lots of ppl everywhere. The habit of reserving the sunbeds is taking place here, and nobody manages that, so when you go to the pool after the breakfast there is limited chance to have a sunbed & umbrella. We were in 2 hotels in Croatia during our holiday, same price and nr of *, but unfortunately this one felt crowded, dated and not enough for such a price.

WiFi was not as good as hoped. One complaint is that bottled water was not included in the all inclusive package which was a surprise and you had to pay €3 for a small bottle. I think they should change that policy
