Minor negative was the WiFi not working for our entire 4 day stay. This was down to a storm that knocked out the connection.

Great location close to the old town. Luka was a perfect host with many great recommendations that made our stay very enjoyable.

One of the shower door would not slide and power socket near to one bedside was broken and could not charge devices/ laptop. Free parking is around 10 minutes walk... Might be a problem if done with luggage in the rain .

Close to old city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Host helped us a lot and also instructed with well explained videos and information. Very well educated and reachable.

Just for awareness, there are stairs to enter the building and a few stairs up to the first floor.

Really grateful for a free room upgrade for my parents as original twin room booked wouldn't have been suitable. Luca's recommendations were really good for restaurants and travel; we took advice and had some great meals out. The location is ideal with a few mins walk to the centre and other amenities.

It would be nice if rooms without a kitchen could offer some simple kitchen utensils, like spoons. Having a fridge is convenient for eating yogurt or ice cream, for example. However, this did not affect my great experience here at all.

We arrived at 8:30 p.m., and Luka waited for us and was very kind!He shared many tips about the city with us. Additionally, the cleaning lady was very friendly and took care of our luggage on the last day

Automatic door lock stopped working and the shower head wouldn’t lock into position

Luka was great at giving us directions to the place and how to operate the guest house. The location was great. Approx less than 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Rooms were clean and tidy.

When I booked, I chose this place based on the picture. I was quite taken aback when I noticed that the room that was booked was quite different from the pictures advertised. We were only able to view the pictures of the room we booked after we had paid half of the price. We were very grateful that we got upgraded for free to a room much closer to the ones in the advertised pictures. However, I would say that the price is quite high for the rooms if we were not upgraded.

Luka, the host, was very nice and helpful. He upgraded us for free during our stay, which was much appreciated. He also provided us with all our requests (shaving kit, iron, etc). The location is quite good, a few mins away from the old town.

The room was absolutely nice, in a perfect position to visit the old town. The owner was extremely kind, he helped us in finding a free parking space, he explained us historical details about the city, and he gave us useful suggestions of things to do, place to visits and also a list of good restaurants and pubs. Absolutely suggested!

Room was quite small and gloomy.Fine for a short stop over but would not want to stay more than two nights . Unfortunately the TV was not working properly due to a technical fault,(not the hosts fault). Disappointing because I had specifically booked a room with a TV to watch my country play in Euro 24 football.Host has promised a discount of 20% due to the inconvenience which has still to appear in my account two weeks after staying.

Good location 15 minutes walk to the bus station and ferry terminal.Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The door to the shower stall did not close. The shower head was broken; we had to wash ourselves under the tap while squatting. I sent the video to the owner and he promised to repair it the next day, but I don’t know about the result, since we rented the room for a day. Also not very good soundproofing in the room. And it would be great to put a couple of teaspoons near the teapot.

Wonderful, hospitable host. He shared establishments and places in Split that are worth visiting, and was always in touch. The room is located near the city center, which allows you to quickly get to it several times a day, without thinking about transport. The air conditioning cooled the room perfectly. There is a small refrigerator.

Please have a bottle opener in the room. We had some wine from vineyard we had to take home as we couldn't open it.

Luka was a fantastic host who shared his local tips and advise for food/ drinks/ beaches/ taxis etc. We were really well looked after and the room was perfect for 3 friends to shade for a couple of days. A really short walk from the ferry terminal and the old town.

No spoons or tea or coffee. Had a kettle but had to find tea and coffee.

The location is good with 5 mins walk to the green market and the old town. Easy to get to the ferries and to the Bacvice Beach. Easy reach to find buses. The location is in an apartment area for tourists and locals. A couple of supermarkets a few minutes walk down the road. Luca was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and where to go and where to eat in Split.

The room was in an ideal location, free parking on the road outside and a five minute walk to the historic centre of Split. The host Luka was exceptionally helpful with regards to parking and information about the City and eating out, sightseeing etc etc. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.

Luka the host was amazing. He was always asking the right questions and keeping a track of when you are reaching so that he can be present to receive you. He took time to explain everything about the apartment and the location and the near by places. He has ready to share attractions and it came in very handy.
