Location was great.

Air conditioning did not work very well. No wifi or internet in the room. Mentioned it to the host a couple if times but he was unable to fix it through our stay. That made it difficult for us to look for information while we were at the room.

Great location, just a short walk from the Old Town. The apartment building felt very secure, and self-check-in was simple and hassle-free. Luka was an excellent host - very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us an earlier check-in. He also provided a really helpful guide full of recommendations, along with clear videos and instructions that made everything easy.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t secure, and unfortunately, there was a group in the neighbouring room who smoked in the hallway, which left a strong smell. The room also lacked natural light, with the window facing a storage area rather than offering any views.

Great communication with the owner - perfect location - would stay again …

Great location close to the old town. Luka was a perfect host with many great recommendations that made our stay very enjoyable.

Minor negative was the WiFi not working for our entire 4 day stay. This was down to a storm that knocked out the connection.

Only location

It was like dormitory room not hotel room. It was sounds from busy street, cars were coming every min. The refrigerator was not working good. And on a top of those, internet was broken

Walked 5 min into town for breakfast loads of nice options

Air conditioning wasn’t great in one of the rooms, WiFi not working properly

Localization

It is far from a 4 star rooms. I will give only one or two stars, as maximum.

Great location, very clean, peaceful neighborhood close to the center. Slept really well. Highly recommended!

Close to old city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Host helped us a lot and also instructed with well explained videos and information. Very well educated and reachable.

One of the shower door would not slide and power socket near to one bedside was broken and could not charge devices/ laptop. Free parking is around 10 minutes walk... Might be a problem if done with luggage in the rain .

The room was clean. Near to the Old town.

Really grateful for a free room upgrade for my parents as original twin room booked wouldn't have been suitable. Luca's recommendations were really good for restaurants and travel; we took advice and had some great meals out. The location is ideal with a few mins walk to the centre and other amenities.

Just for awareness, there are stairs to enter the building and a few stairs up to the first floor.

The owner is very nice and he also sent us many recommendations.

We arrived at 8:30 p.m., and Luka waited for us and was very kind!He shared many tips about the city with us. Additionally, the cleaning lady was very friendly and took care of our luggage on the last day

It would be nice if rooms without a kitchen could offer some simple kitchen utensils, like spoons. Having a fridge is convenient for eating yogurt or ice cream, for example. However, this did not affect my great experience here at all.

It was clean, we did have issues with the shower head and a/c didn’t make the room cool enough

Automatic door lock stopped working and the shower head wouldn’t lock into position

Luka was great at giving us directions to the place and how to operate the guest house. The location was great. Approx less than 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Rooms were clean and tidy.

The location, the airco but most of all the friendlyness of Luka. Wow this guys came when we arrived at 23h and explained us everything, helpt us finding the best restaurants and helpt us with everything else. Just amazing!!!!
