Rosa is an excellent cook and prepared a large breakfast for us. She was always ready to provide a cup ofgood cup of coffee for us too. We especially enjoyed sitting on her lovely terrace under the sun umbrellas. we were with Rosa for ten days and began calling the terrace our "front porch". Her greatest concern is for the comfort of her guests and we will be quick to reommend "Apartmani Split" to our friends.

Very nice Mrs Rosa who is the owner. She did everything to make us feel comfortable. Room had air conditioner which was very convinient in this temperature in Split (32-35 celcius). Very close to Lidl, 10min bus ride to town

This is a lovely little guesthouse with an equally lovely hostess and staff. We loved the authenticity of the decor and the comfortable beds and the little living room. Air Conditioning, showers, and appliances work as expected. I imagine one day in a few decades I would love to run a similar place, cause they seem to take joy in it.

Although the room was nice, with a very nice balcony and a good view to the beach. The bathroom smells really bad. The shower was broken that was also something that we had to manage.

The staff was very friendly, we’re were allowed to check in earlier. The location is very good, only ~10 min from the Old Town by bus and 5 min by car.

Lovely host, very friendly and kind. Room was very clean and a lot of care had been taken to provide homely things,she made us a cup of coffee even though it wasn't included.close to restaurants, close to town with easy reach by bus,And then Rosa great host, very sweet lady who makes you feel really welcome

Poor communication both parrties. I misunderstood - breakfast, water, hot drink, dishes, cutlery not included. Ability to feed self zero. Access info not sent until night before arrival. Not received in time. Non English speaking person onsite and taxi driver tried to help- very stressful for both all of us.

Beautiful, restful setting. Very nice, clean room. Owners response to my needing to terminate, was reasonable, plus, he went out of his way to help me with that, plus organized taxi transport.

Cleaning could be improved (spiderwebs, dead mosquitoes), there is no good light inside the room is like a candlelight… new LED lights with higher luminance must be installed.

Location, close to the bus stop, AC worked fine, bed was comfortable, parking was available.

We enjoyed our stay there! The lady was very friendly and helpful. The location is near to everything and has great view.

Wifi password was printed on a card and left in the room (very normal) but would not connect to the network. The owner explained that the password had been printed wrong, and she had attempted to crudely scratch out the incorrect character on this laminated card. There were two wifi networks at the property - the password only worked with one of them, but this network was not available from my room. I had to go downstairs outside to use the wifi. The shower head/rose was terrible and needs a complete overhaul. Not keen on the rubber mats used inside the shower, and there was a shower drainage issue.

I found it far, even if there are many busses to the center.. ifound it time loosing. The room needed a lot of renovation, bed not comfortable pillows so high and tough. Toilet malfunction.

The lady working there was nice. She wanted to give me a room on the 2nd floor.told her have knee issues So she gave me a double room on the groundfloor. Not far ftom a nice beach

The price was high for the location. However, we were visiting in summer during a major festival so prices were high for all accommodations at that time.

The host was amazing. We made a small request for additional toilet paper in our room and Rosa went above and beyond to take care of us. The room was clean and perfect for our group of 3.

no kettle broken shower / shower blocked and very entry level but Rosa very sweet although doesn’t speak a word of English

Hot water lasted a very short time and the shower drain was blocked. The shower head wouldn’t stay on the wall and kept falling, once onto my head. I tried to raise the issue with the owner who spoke to the host who claimed to understand but clearly didn’t. Nothing got fixed. Also the air conditioner turned off and wouldn’t turn back on for some reason, no one ever got back to me about that. If you think this place should be fine because it has good reviews, be aware that it’s because people are too nice to say anything or maybe don’t want to disrespect the elderly (the host). I know because I almost didn’t post a review for those exact reasons.

Unfortunately there was a bit of smell from canalisation. In the room we had two beds together instead on one large. Otherwise fine stay.

The staff lady was very friendly and sweet, she made us a cup of coffee even though it wasn't included.
