Great place with everything you need to stay in town like fridge,kettle, sandwiche maker ,microwave ,great location close to everything. Room and our bathroom were clean and equipped with a hair dryer and iron . Anna, the host, is a lovely lady,very nice, and a smile person, we would highly recommend this accommodation

Beautiful property, really comfortable and in an excellent location in old town with many food and shopping options around. The host was absolutely lovely! She offered all that you could need, and let me leave my bags with her for the day after checking out which was much appreciated!

Nothing to do with the room or the service but some other guests could be loud when coming and going from the property, especially when they would have long conversations right outside my door at the ground floor landing late at night.

Anna, the proprietor, was so welcoming and had the room all ready and sparkling clean for my arrival with the AC on (so needed in that July heat!)

We had a wonderful stay! Anna gave us a warm welcome and took the time to show us around the room. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, making it a perfect starting point for exploring. At the same time, it’s in a quiet little street, so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

The suite is beautiful and very well located. Every little detail was thought out on this property. Complementary homemade schnaps, coffee and tea, cookies and fruit. To be in the middle of the Old town this room was in good location. No restaurants on the same alley, just their kitchen backdoors. When closing the windows the soundproofing was excellent so sleeping was easy although you knew there might still be noisy people outside. The bed was like at home so it was really good! Special plus for the mother who was waiting for us to arrive, she was so funny and welcoming!

The hos was very nice, responsive, and was always there to assist us. It was not a problem for us at all, but the apartment is located in a very special place inside the old city, which means that there are a looot of stairs up and down.

The apartment was perfect. We had a short visit to Dubrovnik and this location was exceptional. That paired with a very fair price made for an excellent visit. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Host even left some snacks and drinks. Was a great stay at Guest House Thomasi and we would stay here again.

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect! The location is truly unique—nestled in a charming, typical side street of Dubrovnik's old town, just a 2-minute walk from Stradun. Everything is right at your fingertips: shops, restaurants, cozy cafés, the delightful Christmas market, and all the major sights. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, making me feel instantly at home. The room exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. There was a separate dining area, a fridge, and a coffee maker, which added to the comfort. The large, comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom were fantastic and made my stay incredibly relaxing. Thanks to this amazing room and its unbeatable location, my experience in Dubrovnik was nothing short of magical. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Anna is a super lovely host, since the begging I felt so welcomed, she was very nice and attentive to me. She received me with fruit and provided everything I could need for my stay such as shampoo, body soap, fruit, coffee, tea, sunscreen, crackers, towels. She even left me a gift for Saint Nicholas day which I didn’t expected, it was such a nice surprise 🥰. Next time I return to Dubrovnik for sure I will stay with her again! 10/10 recommended ✨🩷 Also the location is superb as it is right in the old town, so you can easily return as much times as you need to rest a little bit during the day.

Anna is a lovely hostess and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect as it is in the heart of Dubrovnik old town and the facility was spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious. On top of that I thought it was shared bathroom but actually the room was en suite. Exceptionally good value for the money. I will definitely stay here again if I am visiting Dubrovnik in the future!
