How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Took ages to get the TV to work. Bed linen had tear in sheet. Needs a fair bit of work done to it. Room is small.

THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM! Hot water was very bad early in the morning. Room was too small for the large bed. It should have a single bed for only one person. Furnishings and bedding were in rough condition. The more attention to cleaning the corners is needed. A few small change could make a big improvement. Not ideal for couples, groups, or families.
Other reviews seem to be excessively and unfairly critical of this place, it is acceptable for one person staying one night. Location is fine for an early morning flight. This place is very basic, but it is NOT as bad as some other reviews say. If you aren't fussy, it's fine for one night. Recommended for just a single person needing a place to stay before an early flight.

Communication prior was difficult. We sent messages through booking.com about check in after our very late flight, but got no responses. Eventually we sent a Whatsapp message and got a thumbs up response. Upon arrival it was all in darkness and we hadn't got a clue what to do. Eventually we found a phone number and called someone, clearly waking them up. We were grumpily told there were two rooms down the corridor for us. They could have easily told us this via messaging. Rooms were incredibly basic and air con didn't work. I wouldn't recommend

No wifi, AC unit turned on but was only blowing air instead of cooling, shower was dirty so had to wash the basin before use, no soap. Really a last choice stay for a quick overnight before an early flight. Wish I knew that the airport terminal was different than the one seen next to this hotel.
Staff was flexible with check in time, which was great because I accidentally thought the hotel was right across the street from the terminal but it ended up being a 35 minute walk away. Also they were very accommodating to change my room because the AirCon didn't turn on in the first room I was given. The one in the second room didn't cool anything, it was just the fan function working, but at least it was something. Taxis were immediately available in the morning for 10€ cash to the airport... Rip off but only other choice was walking (Uber was 4.90€ but couldn't risk the wait)

Room 1, in which we stayed, had a broken holder for the hand-wash soap (which was empty), and water was leaking from beneath the sink. Also, the door to the bathroom was hard to close.
The reserved parking spot and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom needed work - sticky door, broken toilet seat. Noisy. There was no air conditioner remote, so we had to open the window. But then the noise from outside was significant and there was no screen on the window to keep out bugs. The bed was uncomfortable, very hard with pillows like balloons and only a comforter. Too hot under it and too cold not under it.
The location was good because it was close to the airport and we had a very early flight out. The best thing about the place was the restaurant, called Fork, about 100 meters down the street.

It was not as close to the airport as I initially thought. You still need a taxi to get to and from the airport.

So small it felt claustrophobic. Tiny window without view (opaque glass) adds to claustrophobic effect. Had to call for someone to come check me in.

There is no reception so, when I arrived it was hard to find someone.
It wad clean, the staff is very friendly and is very close to the airport. There is everything you may need nearby
