The availability of food at breakfast time around 9.30am was very poor and wasn't replaced even though breakfast was served until 10am. If the food was gone it was definitely gone and NOT replaced

The breakfast was poor, the availability of the food was very poor especially if you arrived down for breakfast at 9.30am most of the food was gone and not replaced even though breakfast was being served until 10am. The male manager was intimidating, he kept watching what you were getting to eat,he wouldn't speak to you or interact with you, he looked annoyed if you went up to the breakfast table too often, in my opinion he was very off putting. In contrast to him the lady collecting the plates and bowls and cups was very pleasant.

So many rules. Every time we turned around we were breaking another unwritten rule. What are those rules, nobody knows....but they will certainly tell you once you have crossed the line. No holder for the shower. Not all guests got towels; we were told they didn't have towels on site and too bad....

Not a great welcome from reception. Only one duvet in the twin room instead of two. This was a shame. Pretty basic breakfast. We had room with terrace which no one had cleaned up for 20 years I think!

They responded to our request for a bath. Very helpful lady at breakfast!! Hot water!! Good aircon Clean room and bathroom Proximity to swimming in the sea and nice restaurant by boat harbour for dinner.

Hotel is an old building with old equipment and it needs a refurb. It is a professional swimmers old complex, so very basic rooms with zero decoration. Like in 80's and 90's... no free sockets in the room to connect phone or laptop charger. Thin walls and noisy extractor fans are never the best pair. No safe. Swimming pools are not part of the hotel so guests can't use it.

Location despite being an old building in half abandoned part of the city, which equals to quietness which we like. Redone bathroom. Single beds were comfortable.

I requested a double bed for my husband and I & got two singles. Which is fine as we were only staying one night.

The receptionist was kind at check in. The rooms were more dated than the photos. It was fine for one night but i personally wouldn’t stay for much longer. It does the trick. The breakfast was great & the breakfast lady was cheerful and kind. The receptionist at check out was also great, but the man manager wasn’t the friendliest. All in all I would call this a great one night place to stay.

It was way over priced for what it was. The room was sooo cold and there was so actual blankets available only a bedsheet.

You don’t have a mini bar or freezer in the room. No seiff. The TV was not working. You should bring your own shower gel as you will get only 2 small bottles of it when you arrive.

The room had a nice view and the staff were very friendly. If you come by car you can find parking places near the hotel. Its a public parking so the free spot is not guaranteed. It is close to Riva promenade
